I'm surprised more wasn't made of his 'I have her ID in my wallet' comment. That is such textbook controlling behaviour. It was glossed over entirely during the stream it was mentioned in, and sure I saw a few people here and there raised eyebrows about it but I haven't seen it brought up in any of the big boogie streams (editor's note: all boogie streams are big, because he is very fat) since really or seen him pressed on it. That honestly jumped out to me immediately as disturbing.
I've watched both the lolcow podcasts so far on @ThatDarnIrishMan's streams (best boogie content) and the main problem is they just don't have someone on who is armed with all the facts and contradictions, and to be honest, I don't blame them. I think you would have to set up a wiki with receipts for every one of his vast array of constantly changing stories and narratives just to be able to keep up, or bring up tweets/audio of him saying the exact opposite of what he's currently claiming. Frankly, the people who would actually be well equipped to deal with Boogie know enough about how he operates to never directly engage anyway because it is pointless.

I have really not watched the lion's share of the boogie lore out there, he has become my favourite cow over the last couple of years but he was a relative unknown to me before the Frank Hassle drama. other than Frank, are there any internet people who have really got the better of him on stream and noticeably got under his skin? That one was so fascinating because of how fast he kept trying his different personas. A different mask was put on nearly every goddamn time he spoke.

I remember he read the first chapter from the book he was writing and a lot of people likened it to Stephen King's writing. A friend of mine claims that one of Stephen King's writing techniques / tropes to make the audience hate a bad guy is to have the bad guy be cruel to dogs. Boogie frequently uses Sammy for sympathy and told Frank Hassle repeatedly and randomly to not hurt Sammy when he said he'd visit Boogie. Food for thought. Boogie also stole Adam the Woo's girl scout cookie story and was caught red handed by Adam.

Just out of curiosity, do you/anyone know of what exactly his child abuse claims are (just the physical or emotional abuse claims). I think I remember most of that "A Child Called It" book, plus I know my ma has a copy of that rolling around somewhere at her place if I need to refresh. It'd be interesting to see if there's any similarities or patterns. I was just wondering because I remember Boogie has some story about jumping out or being thrown out his mom's car during one of his mom's abusive episodes. Which sounds kind of familiar to a Dave Pelzer claim where his heroic little self jumped out of a car to run away from home. The obvious lie (and pattern of similarity) being jumping out or being thrown out a moving car with no/little injury. This wouldn't be realistic for an adult, let alone a child and no one but a delusional perpetual victim would make such a claim

The knife claim, where the mother threw a knife and it ended up hitting Boogie's sister's leg (it's unclear from Boogie's brother's tweet if the mother threw the knife at the sister intentionally). Then boogie responds that he is the other leg, as in the mother stabbed him

The pattern I notice here is the conflicting details of a knife being thrown and being stabbed and the presence of a sibling at the time of the incident. Boogie initially claim that his mom stabbed his sister, which gets corrected to the mom throwing the knife. In "A Child called It" Dave Pelzer wrote that his mom threw the knife at him, which hit him in the stomach. He claimed his little brother who was present when it happened started to sing "Mommy stabbed Dave"

In the "Dysfunction for Dollars" article, a relative says Dave Pelzer was cut with the knife as a child by accident, but the little drama queen started screaming "Mommy stabbed me!" and then grew up to turn it into gore porn about his mom throwing a knife at him and having to dramatically recover on his own in the garage for months

The part that's puzzling me about this is Boogie's brother seemingly to play along or corroborate this knife claim. I would say Boogie completely made up the knife story, taking inspirations from the book, but it sounds like there was some incident where the sister was cut with a knife

So I've been diving into this Boogie2988 rabbit hole and I'm honestly shocked that people, not here at the KiwiFarms, but people outside on YouTube and Twitter were surprised back in the day about Boogie's downfall or about how Boogie is actually a pathological narcissist. He's always been like this. I'm watching through older videos of his from three to four years ago and every trait that he's been "revealed" to have now has been extremely prevalent even then. The way that he talks makes me genuinely angry especially when he's talking about that car accident he was. He always uses "emotionally manipulative" (a term I really wish was a lot more prevalent) language when describing shit like for example, he starts the video about the car accident with "no one got hurt, no one was killed, everyone's fine" like somehow the welfare of the people involved in the crash was somehow important to the story to start off with. He calls the rumors he's gotten over this crash as "so outlandish". And then he goes into details about his weight loss and how it was amazing he could actually drive again like that's somehow relevant to the story.

It's so easy to tell when he's lying too. I don't know if his viewers are genuinely dumb or if they're as socially awkward as Boogie is, but I can tell right away when someone's a liar or they're trying to spin a tale. They always use emotionally manipulative language because they know that an outsider doesn't have the objective facts so they play into a person's empathy. This is something Boogie does frequently and I can immediately tell when he's either lying about something or manipulating people into believing something and I bring that up now, because he's been doing this for at least more than half a decade.

He's also a narcissist, but that's been explained on this site many times. Every video where he talks about something serious or about something else, it always goes back to him. Etika goes missing, wow guys I'm so strong I managed to stand up against bullying! I don't know how anyone found this guy endearing or nice back in the day because he really struck me even a decade ago as a guy who was just hungry for attention or who was very manipulative emotionally. Goddamn I really am a Nostradamus because I remember getting hate back in the day when I said that Boogie seemed like a piece of shit. So many people in my high school were telling me I was insensitive or I was just misjudging his character.

Most unarmed security guards are told not to confront intruders but instead to call the actual cops, trip the alarm, etc.

His brother wrote a blog post about his childhood and he claims that the household was abusive. What I honestly believe, though, is that his father molested his sister, and his mother was physically abusive. But I don't believe as physically abusive as he claims.

He has claimed, for example, that her mother threw him. Yes, he thinks his audience is retarded enough (I mean he's right) to believe that a frail, middle aged woman picked up and threw 350 pound Boogie1488. He also told that retarded car story you mentioned, where he apparently was able to jump out of a car driving 30 mph, not break a bone, and have the whole school see and do nothing. What I think happened was she was slapping him for being a fat retard and he opened the door at like 2 mph of something.

My favorite claim, however, is that his mother hit him in the head **with a fucking hammer**. The backside of the hammer, to be precise. He says that there is scarring yet this serial narc has never shown it. If this story is even remotely true, I bet the extent of the "beating" was her tapping him with a hammer and scratching him. I mean the woman wasn't really capable of fucking someone up with a hammer, if you've seen footage/pictures of her.

He said that she was breaking the door down with a hammer and since Boogie opened it, she decided to show mercy by hitting him with the backside. He said it "scratched his scalp". WHAT?? If someone is smashing the backside of a hammer into your skull, you are not going to just have "scratches". This leads me to believe that any physical abuse against him wasn't as severe and life threatening as he claims, because it was being dished out by a weak, overweight, soon to be wheelchair bound middle aged woman.

What I really think happened is that Boogie got his ass whooped for being a little shit. We've seen how he acts as an adult, imagine him as a fucking child. He literally was Cartman. A lot of other people share the theory that his mother simply gave him whoopings (normal for 70s and 80s child rearing I would believe, but please correct me), and took his stories and turned them into tall tales, and took stories from his sister and did the same. He really ramped up the rape and molestation shit when he saw how much sympathy people had when he decided to tell millions of people his sister was molested and gangraped.

So yeah. Do I think Boogie was physically abused, yes. Do I think he was sexually abused, fucking obviously not. Do I think he was abused as bad as he said he was, no.

I mean for fuck's sake, this guy said he was neglected and poor and his parents didn't spend money on him, yet he always had the newest console and video games and was always going to arcades. What's really disgusting about this is he's doing all of these accusations after his parents died.
