Chris doesn't actually live in the middle of nowhere since he's such a short distance from Cville and just about right off the main highway (though I guess that's probably a matter of opinion). If the house isn't trashed beyond repair and if they cleaned up the yard the house could probably sell for around $200,000. The neighborhood isn't awful and honestly it's probably the Chandler's outside hoard that is bringing the value down of surrounding properties.

Sellers in general are. I don't know about Virginia, but they probably have some kind of form you have to fill out and I'd be amazed if fires aren't on it. If there's any time limit on it, it would be very long.

where do you live that a house like Chris's, in that condition, would be worth almost a million dollars? I live in Colorado where the housing market has fucking gone insane because of legalization, and even with our Lovecraftian levels of inflation, that house would only be worth 300k in pristine condition.

I don't like his view either but this time it's even worse. With Ebay at least people get something (I'm not saying it's worth it). Now he expects people should pay him without any compensation in return.

As a addition to the thread "Is Chris getting worse" his last post proves it to be the case. Every time he post something it's getting worser and worser. If you think he couldn't sink any lower he would just dig deeper making it a endless pit. For example:

1. From begging for small donations -> lazy performances for $50 -> selling worthless pokemon cards for $500 -> selling VHS tapes for $3000 -> saying people should pay 115k for nothing.
2. sexdoll humping -> showing his cut taint -> incest

His grasp on reality and his view on money has totally gone down the drain. Chris is hopeless at this point. The lolcow he was once before has left the building. What remains is a sad individual who acts irresponsible leeching society's resources. To minimize further damage he should be locked up in some institution where he can't pull this shit off.
