Money FB 8/31 - Who wants to pay our mortgage?!

Greene County resident here. The cost of living is steadily rising in the area due to people wanting to move away from the city. Chris doesn't actually live in the middle of nowhere since he's such a short distance from Cville and just about right off the main highway (though I guess that's probably a matter of opinion). If the house isn't trashed beyond repair and if they cleaned up the yard the house could probably sell for around $200,000. The neighborhood isn't awful and honestly it's probably the Chandler's outside hoard that is bringing the value down of surrounding properties.

So basically they should invest in cleaning and renovating the yard so they could get more money to buy more stuff for the hoard?

One thing I've always wondered, and this may be some "pride" bullshit, is that he nor his mom are on EBT. I guess the idea of "Food Stamps" is too niggo for them.

Actually you are right, why DON'T they get EBT/food stamps? If they thought that EBT was too "niggo" then why don't they realize that sitting on your ass not working getting welfare is the most ghetto thing you can do? Hell 90% of blacks in America work (2015 stats) Actually maybe they think working is too niggo for them.

Chris is just using a trick. I think its a so called "girl scout cookie" - trick. Basically they go to a house and ask the people to make a donation of about 20 - 50 $. Most people will say no. Then they ask the people if they would at least buy some cookies for 5$. Most people will do, because psychology. If Chris is asking for 100$ tomorrow, it doesnt look as bad as the 115000 and weens will be ready.
If he wasn't so lazy he could just start a Patron like every other lolcow out there.

If Chris and Barb used "poor autistic man-child that can barely function and old women that is about to die plz send money internet" besides begging on Facebook they might be able to get a few thousand.

115K?
JESUS WITH THAT MONEY I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DEBT AGAIN.

On average you'll have $300 in addition to your normal income till your retirement. Saving it for your retirement would even be better. Why would someone give Chris that amount of money. If it comes to lending/begging for money then here are some examples:

Strangers: small change (like homeless people do when begging)
Friends: up to a couple hunderd of dollars
Family: up to a amount of $20k (generally for business purposes or for big financial trouble)

This just shows Chris being autistic AF expecting strangers giving him $115k.

The weird bit is that the only thing dragging down house prices around Branchland Court is the Casa del Chandler itself. So that house might be a steal and you'd live in a nice neighborhood with the Chandlers and their Barbage out of there.

So which one of us is gonna take over the house of horrors once it goes up for sale from the bank

Well, if someone shells out a quarter of a million dollars, maybe some Kiwis could set up a research and information lab.

Then start exploring, interviewing Chris's victims (some may be too understandably traumatized), write a book and then eventually make 14 Branchland Court a cross between a museum and a horror house; like those old historic but haunted places.

Well, yeah, but with his last Ebay ventures, I am not really that surprised. 3,000 dollars for a cheap piece of plastic manufactured in the early to mid-90s. Oh, Chris.
I really don't like Chris' self-entitled view on things, he literally acts like an abusive money grubbing wife beater, "My money is my money, your money is my money"

It's well known by now what Chris does with any sum of money given to him for any reason. He just pisses it away on overpriced plastic bricks for entertainment, McDonald's for diabetes, and oestrogel to enhance his skullet and bosom.

Chris deserves McDonalds and Legos, and he shouldn't have to pay a dime. You all should be held liable for damages. I'm reporting all of you.

Man with the 50 bucks a pop Stephanie Bustcakes is asking for lesbian sex to sell he better get moving.

So hard to believe their hoard-bag dump of a house can be worth $185K. Is the Charlottesville, Virginia area considered a prime area with amentities, to have a higher cost of living?
Where I live, $185K can buy a really decent family home, but the climate is cold and there are no major cities nearby.

And where is that? 185k sounds right for a decent 2 story home in rural Virginia.

Where I live that house would be 800k at least. We can't keep keep comparing it to houses "near where we live". Every where is priced differently for thousands of different reasons. The Zillow info was posted, which is pretty accurate. I don't think we need to keep speculating about the value of the house.

Also, congrats on being poorer that Chris.
