That Bubba looked like his daughter.
So, it could be (or pretty certain) he was modeling himself after his daughter.
And he could pass off as his daughter's mother or maybe an older sister.

But what's also interesting, that Bubba was not recognizable and looked completely different, which can be hard to do when you're just moonlighting as a crossdresser and not going full trans on HRT, laser hair removals, etc.
