That's just the ADS-B signal dropping from whatever receiver(s) is receiving it. If you view the adsbexchange info and check under the Signal section on the left, it will show the last time it received data. The RSSI is the average (I forget how many messages) signal level of the receiver(s) feeding it. Keep in mind that different people feed different sites (or multiple at the same time) with data and the sites themselves use different algorithms to display that data on the map. Lots of variables are involved.

The entire point of my post is to point out the irrelevancy of false flag discussion due to how the government reacts to these shootings. Whether or not it's unusual plays no part in the governmental reaction. It doesn't matter to the federal government if these shootings are unique to the US. Every widely publicized shooting is beneficial to the federal government because it helps them propagate the narrative of disarmament.

There are enough woods were he's at it could take forever to find a body. There was a case of a woman on the Appalachian Trail who got lost up here. Her tent was two miles off trail when they found her remains and they had combed the area. She survived for a week or two after they called off the initial search iirc. It's hard to find shit in the woods.

Us Vets have a rough time with getting mental healtcare while active duty and even after through the VA, still, no excuse.

You don't harm your own people based on the battle in your head, you try to take care of yourself. Even when your brain is boiling over, you seek help and talk about what's going on even if it sounds crazy, been there, done that. I got pushed to the edge and threw a tantrum to get mental help after being initially rejected by my base's clinic. Not once do you try to hurt innocents.

As someone who's worked both in a mental hospital as a nurse assistant and as military police, this country does not have the proper funding or protocol to help prevent shit like this nearly enough. Especially with the pressures retarded globohomo BS has forced upon our society through all levels. You can't completely get rid of the evil, but sure can mitigate it by repairing our culture and society in relation to these issues. We need to be more prepared for bad shit to happen like this as well to protect ourselves.

We don't do near enough outpatient and no longer institutionalize others to protect society nearly enough.

I've worked with people in mental health capacity of sorts and I agree they don't have nearly enough resources for the truly dangerous ones as it is. That and it seems all they do is try to sell them expensive drugs that either turn you into a sexually impotent zombie or just don't work. But hey, if only big pharma had more money!

Not to mention the holding cells for the worst ones are just plain terrible. I have helped restrain a couple of ludicrously violent ones but I thankfully don't have that often.
