What's especially sad is that there are people out there who will actually buy this shit and help her perpetuate this hustle.

I wouldn't call Paisley's mom as bad as Robyn because she at least wasn't the cause of her daughter's issues. Paisley was fucked from conception, while Luna could've been a perfectly healthy child if not for Robyn's selfishness and arrogance.

I feel like Robyn is worse than the standard spudmoms for that reason.
 
Paisley's mom though did refuse to listen to doctors recommendations on what Paisley's oxygen levels and ventialtor settings should be as well as refusing to do therapy. I've been following another parent with a son with her disorder and he has no such issues using his arms/hands since they started him on early intervention.

That is also true, sadly.

I guess it's not so much that Paisleys parents don't suck as it is I feel like Globyn are on an entirely different level of fuckery. Like if we had to do a ranking of spud parent awfulness, Globyn would be amongst the worst. Paisley's parents are lazy and selfish, but I don't know if they're straight-up sociopaths like Robyn.

That's true Paisley's condition wasn't her choice. But she also chose to force her to live and suffer instead of opt for comfort care after birth or an abortion. She may not be as bad as Robyn, but strikes me as selfish. As religious as she is, I find it interesting she has no shame in exploiting her suffering and now deceased daughter for money.

Paisley’s mom is worse than Robyn because she knew her kid was going to be fucked up and in pain but decided to give birth anyway because Jebus. That’s the ultimate selfish and arrogant act.

I'm not trying to turn this into the Tard Baby Wars but I've gotta hard disagree. Not only did Robyn not bother to go to the hospital after having a 3 day long at home kiddie pool birth where she decided to get her fucking cooch waxed for the photo ops, she then went on to repeatedly fake her breastfeeding photos with Luna and nearly allowed her to starve to death. Following that, she blatantly lied to her followers about getting some kind of medical intervention for her second pregnancy and delivery with Atlas, which she very quickly didn't follow through on. She had yet another home birth without any medical staff or qualified midwife after the complete horror show that was Luna's delivery. She's got another one on the way and you can bet your ass she isn't going to get any medical help this time either. She's just the fucking worst.

Paisley's mom sucks so bad but Robyn is the ultimate braindead narc mom. Sorry to shit up this thread when she has her own dedicated one lol.

Robyn thought she was doing the right thing for her kid and unintentionally fucked her up*. Paisley's mom knew her kid would be fucked up and intentionally allowed it to happen.

*I am absolutely not saying Robyn is without fault or completely blameless. She's not a good or likable person, and she, Glenn, and the "midwife " are responsible for Luna's condition. Regardless of her attempts at justification, she made a poor decision and must live with the consequences every time she looks at her daughter. However, I think there's a massive difference between believing that you are doing right by your child since someone who is just as suggestible as you are says so, only to have it blow up in your face spectacularly, causing said child to suffer unimaginably, versus being told by someone who is much less stupid than you are that even allowing your child to be born will cause her to suffer unimaginably, but doing it anyway.

Thing is though, if Paisley's mom did what she did because of faith, that's not much different than Robyn's supposed purpose with the water birth and crap. Woo shit is always woo shit, whether it's done in the name of Jebus almighty or Healy.

Mom was born with deformaties around the eyes. Then baby was born with even worse deformaties of the eyes and mouth. Whenever she is asked whats wrong with them she goes full batshit mental at people. He is now 1+ year old and suffering seizures and has severe mental delay, isnt talking or sitting unaided because of his limited vision that doesnt look it its getting sorted any time soon. Bonus content is she shills Bravenly which is 'not an MLM'. Sure Jan.

What's the prognosis for this condition? It certainly looks painful. Can people with it have any quality of life?

Jesus H tapdancing Christ, this is terrible. The fact that she goes full mental on people can't help the situation. Is she Native American? If so I sure as hell hope that she is taking advantage of every possible benefit and service for that kid, but I have the sick feeling she is not. Maybe I'm horrible for this, but I think some of these kids would get a better shake in the Afterlife, whatever that may be, than they can with parents like some of the ones we see here.

This child was in therapy to walk and she WAS walking small steps the parent pulled her out because GASP it will make her normal. The speech therapy was helping her learn words, but the mother stopped that too.
