If you actually look at what Gaetz is saying, its that the big thing he wanted from McCarthy was any spending bills passed would be an actual budget rather then a continuing resolution omnibus. If Gaetz didn't pull the trigger after McCarthy rammed through a continuing resolution omnibus, he would have put a different sign on his back that said "bitch made".
