I think he thinks the "I don't know how" means "I literally cannot fathom" and not "I'm not sure if they used an intelligent way of determining it or just nuked old accounts".

He's just excusing it as something a small charity can't do, which is bs. For $200,000 a year they should have someone on the fucking phones.
 
Instead of raising all this money to talk people out of suicide on the phone, they should just take a company photo, slap the caption "at least you're not us" on it, and mass mail it all over seattle, sf, portland, and chicago.

They have stated they are 24/7 at times. I believe Greta has stated it on her twitter, and there was some sort of media they put out with the words 24/7 on it.
