Razor company Braun may be the next company to face a boycott, as backlash mounts to a resurfaced ad featuring a trans male with visible mastectomy scars.

In a Braun Series X Hybrid Trimmers ad posted on the bottom of the company’s website, a shirtless man with scar lines under his breasts can be seen using the product to apparently shave his face.

The shaving accessory is advertised as being for beard hair, body hair and head hair.

As the photo was again circulated online, X users slammed the company for promoting sex change operations — and have begun to call for a boycott.

Chris Elston, an activist who claims he is “traveling the world to expose gender ideology and why children cannot consent to medical transition,” tweeted: “Braun is now celebrating the mutilation cult of gender.”

Conservative influencer Ian Miles Cheong also suggested the company has “gone the way of Gillette and Bud Light,” two other companies that have faced backlash for their use of transgender individuals in advertisements.

And psychologist Dr. Jordan B. Peterson said, “Braun is looking hard for its Budweiser moment,” after the beer company’s stock plummeted in the wake of transgender TikToker Dylan Mulvaney announcing she was partnering with Bud Light to celebrate her first year as a woman.

In the UK, the ad has also been slammed as “shockingly immoral” and is being investigated for violating Advertising Standards Authority guidelines, according to Pink News.

“Promoting the removal of healthy breast tissue is not only shockingly immoral, but against advertising standards guidance to not glamorize or trivialize cosmetic surgery,” Maya Forstater, executive director of Sex Matters, told the Telegraph.

“Braun executives must have been living under a rock if they think this campaign represents ‘inclusivity.’ The reality is that Braun has now written itself into a history as promoting social contagion and what will become of the most notorious medical scandals.”

James Esses, co-founder of Thoughtful Therapists — a group of psychologists concerned about the effect of gender ideology — added: “Once again, we find a private corporation willing to glorify irreversible surgery being performed on the healthy breasts of women, in pure pursuit of profit.”

The Post has reached out to Braun’s parent company, Procter & Gamble, for comment.

But in a statement to Newsweek, a Braun spokesperson said the image is just “one of hundreds … on our site showing people using our products — all of which are reflective of the consumers we serve.”

The spokesperson added that the image is two years old.

A spokesperson for Procter & Gamble also told the outlet: “We routinely refresh and repurpose our videos and still images showing our products in use across multiple platforms — as we did with the Series X materials in 2020.”

Somebody buys Braun because it is or used to be a German manufacturer. But it is owned by Proctor and Gamble.
Remember, globohomo corporatios--emphasizing both the globalist AND the homosexual aspect--are not doing this stuff to sell razors, or burgers (Burgers?), or whatever. They are using the narhetshare, the brand name recognition to sell the degeneracy, the rainbow yuck, the Cult of Troon.

Edit: directed at comments from @Maude Snew and @Myrtle the Turtle: the best solution is to go with safety razors. Avoids using electric razors altogether. There are areas where electric clippers are needed, example beard trim or shaving a beard off, etc.

Their razors have sucked for like fifteen years anyway. If you were looking to cut your tits off with one of their products I'd suggest checking out their competition if you want to get anywhere.

I don't think this will have the same effect as Bud Light. They make good high end electric razors and the only other major competitor is Phillips or Panasonic. Not really replaceable and no one goes around seriously judging you based on what kinda razor you use unlike beer in a bar. Still is a degenerate ad. Most pooners keep their neckbeards anyway.

I grew up on Gillette razors.
After they decided to go woke I stopped using them.
This was years ago now.
Yes, I'm aware they operate other brands, and I avoid those too.

These companies move like locusts. These days "American" cars are Hyundai Elantras and BMW X-series SUV's

Electrics used to be more popular because until the late 1990's and early 2000's, the only non-electric choices were dull BIC types that hadn't changed since being issued to WWII troops, disposable plastic ones designed for women's legs, and old western straight razors that were a threat to life and limb.

It wasn't just the number of blades that changed with the introduction of products such as the mach3.
The materials, angle of attack, sharpness, and on and on were re-engineered.
Thankfully at this point the patents governing the earlier, revolutionary iterations have dropped and we have non-woke competitors now.

This is why electrics have been receding for decades now and I no longer see them on the shelves period due to their relative unpopularity.

One of this community's cows is right that we get the order wrong.
Braun razors are going broke, so now they're trying woke, soon they'll ultimately croak.

Why is it always the freaking shaving companies that cuck out harder than any other company out there?

None of these companies should ever have let women work for any company that has a product that's meant for men.

You just know some woke women is involved with this ad just like Bud Light and just like Gillette.

Your customer base is 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% male but you spend your advertising budget this way to try to lure over those few diamonds who don't even really need your product all to lick the taint of ESG-tards and woke-scolds.

"chef kiss"

perfect!

Because they're premium products when supermarket own brand garbage does just as good of a job, you need to appeal to someone to get them on your side to buy your crap.

Someone in an office calculated the estimated backlash cost, weighed it against the profit from the ESG score boost, and concluded that it was worth it.

I used an expensive disposable for years and decided to try out a straight razor just for the cost difference. I liked it but ended up switching to a safety razor because it's faster and still gives a good shave. $5 gets you a decent Chinese handle and a pack of 25+ razers. I spend maybe $1/month to shave, and that's probably an overestimation. Regardless of their support for globohomo, men shouldn't be handing over so much money to these companies that standardized razors that are 10x shittier and 50x more expensive than your grandfather's.
