So we're not sidetracked by things that aren't true, Perry was never "molested in 92", that was a consensual transaction between two creepy old perverts.
And he typically streams twice a week, that's hardly "every day".

There is often daily discussion and content that happens outside of the streams, including the clip channels, Patreon and Reddit. If your only retort to me saying there is a weird obsession with 92' is going after the semantic of "everyday" you have no argument.

Anyways Perry lies about being "raped" since #metoo to get sympathy and it's pretty insulting to actual rape victims.
Can we get back on topic? I'm not arguing with anyone about how the alleged treatment of clip channels is fucked up and counter productive.
I'd just like to see some solid proof that can be compiled into something that can be done about it.

It seems like Perry is another example of this pattern I've noticed, the early stuff is funny, in part because the lolcow themselves are funny, but after a while weens come along doing increasingly fucked up things trying to make history, then sadist types who just want to fuck with someone and God forbid they're vulnerable or have said something fucked up before.
It seems like a lot of people hate lolcows now, sometimes for valid reasons sometimes not so much, but either way it seems like so much of this is based on hate. I like Perry he's a (unintentionally) funny guy, I'm a fan of him. I liked Chris and all sorts of other cows. It's weird the amount of people who actively want to fuck with these weirdos online, I can empathise with hating Nick Bate and Dayton Hypernova, but damn this isn't supposed to about hate.
I hope Perry gets a manager who isn't an abusive faggot.

It's a compliment to Perry's ability to be a big crybaby that newcomers think he's being abused or was raped in 92.
At this point the most "abusive" thing would be to cut ties with Perry and let him try to pay his bills on his own.

I'm really tired of the argument that Perry would be homeless if it weren't for the stream. Guy made it damn near 60 years without it. I don't believe Tom's stories at all, and am convinced he did something to stop his disability payments (or pretend they were stopped). Also his cousin Kenny was offering for him to live there in Phoenix before Tom started driving wedges into every one of Perry's personal relationship. Tom can't stand to lose an ounce of control. Do you notice how much he hates Dirk, for seemingly zero reason? He can't allow Perry to have any outs that don't involve Cum Brennan.

The problem mostly everyone else has with your defense of TomB and his hangers on is you're engaging in willful ignorance at minimum. There's a lot of whataboutism comparing Perry's current situation to Don Barris. If Perry still had his disability payments, maybe he wouldn't have to be subjected to whatever it is PCL has turned into. As a result, it's possible he might not need PCL to avoid being homeless if he still had his benefits.
Given his other ailments, there's no reason Perry shouldn't be on Medicare, either. Yet Tom admitted on the first stream after Perry was attacked by his neighbor that Perry didn't have health insurance. That's where a lot of people, in your own words, finally, "got shit right" about the kind of person Tom Brennan is.
Your other argument seems to be rely on whether or not Perry was raped in 1992. He's a very well documented homophobe. Whether or not it was consensual is kind of irrelevant. The point is a homophobe like Perry having a homosexual experience can be very traumatic. And for that to serve as the crux of his "fame" and comedy for over 30 years can make his already fragile psychological and emotional state worse. That's where the accusations of Tom and company engaging in elder abuse come from.
You also seem to be willfully ignorant of Tom's behavior that is increasing reminiscent of another notorious lolcow on this website, DSP. We both have followed DSP's descent into madness over the years. And Tom's attitude towards clip channels definitely mirrors DSP's. Maybe you should read out to MoenDrip about Tom's attitude towards the people that actually put in the real work to make Perry accessible and build awareness. Maybe you should talk to An1337 about why he doesn't talk much about Perry anymore.
