What in the hell is it with Anna (and other, mostly deathfat women) running around in public without having their saggy tits in a bra? Hey, I get it. Bras are miserable devices of torture and I despise them with the heat of a thousand burning suns but even before my little boobage lost their…perkiness, I wouldn’t have been caught dead in public without a bra, let alone having boobs large and saggy enough to look like chicken cutlets.

I’m no prude (and have lived too much life to BE one) but all I can imagine are those slabs of boob laying on top of her gunt, sweating and sticking to her skin. Can you imagine getting heat rash under there?

I miss the days of people dressing appropriately and with some class.

Now, get off of my lawn.

Is this the third fuckin' vidya in as many days where Anna films a YTShart/TicTocToad all irr-a-ma-ta-ted, flust-trated, and waving her bingo wings dramatically and histrionically akimbo 'cuz Anna be pissy about some random common usual thing that...grrrr...impinged on her Adult Toddler-Life LARP?

Anna-girl: Bettah consider investing in a (supa-huuuge) cuff, stat, and start checking your blood pressure daily. Especially with all that highly-vexatious long-haul air travel you're planning to embark on for your "Let's Get to 1 mil Viewers!!! (kek) Adventure Channel."

Ya' don't want to traumatize poor Jon (more than he already is, slaving as the bitch-boy in your employ) by being forced to film your "DVT Saga* at 30,000 ft."

| * Article on "Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Travel" - Research by the American Society of Hematology | Archive |

Unless, ofc, you think having six-to-10 stewards heroically endeavoring to heave your candy-jucy corpus into an aisle, then attempting to perform CPR by jumping up and down on your chest fat, is exactly the kind of kino "adventure" you want so your travel channel can serve as a cautionary tale for your fellow fat-ass flyers.

Anna’s apartment does not seem an upgrade.

In her old apartment her bathroom countertop had a lot more space, and also a full wall of mirrors above it.

That bathroom was nicer in general, and bigger in sq. footage than the narrow railroad flat layout of this bathroom.

BR Counter Space w o Mirror.jpg

But check that toilet out. Do any of your toilets stand out that far from the woodwork?

On the other hand, she’ll never fit in that tub although the shower rail is circular for more room.

Circular shower rail aside, there doesn't seem to be enough depth of the wall in that bath area (even if we take into consideration she could be using a narrow-angle setting on her camera) to fit in a full-sized Anna, curtain-to-thighs, and thighs-to-wall.

BR Space View.jpg

Speaking of "shower rails"...I just noticed a detail in that third pissed-off vidya: The door behind Anna slides open on rails.

De Rail.png

If this door slides to open, just how far does it slide when opened completely? I mean, beyond what we see in this shot?

Are extra-wide, sliding interior doors one of the "amenities" that make this new place "an upgrade," and is (in some weird Anna-think) a "bigger" space?

Please, please don't tell me that one possible reason she moved from her fancy-schmancy luxury apartment might have been because she could no longer fit through the old flat's doors comfortably (e.g., 'cuz they had normal-human, fixed-sized door frames.)

No, it can't be. If so, I just -- can't.

Fuckin' Hell, Beckah Anna... :stress:

“Barn doors” are an unfortunate leftover 2010s trend, thanks to the whole Joanna Gaines/Farmhouse Chic fad. It’s a design thing, nothing more. That said I’ve done a cursory search for Austin apartments with this feature and have so far come up nada.

The roller bar up top will usually have a stopper on the far end that determines how far the door will roll.

They also are usually covered with a pelmet to hide the unsightly fittings. Just another example of cheap finishing. Like who builds a bathroom with a curtain rail anymore? Anna’s going to have difficulty getting in and out of that shower if her knees start to deteriorate. I suspect she’s in a 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment where one bathroom has a stand alone shower unit.

It is opened completely. Any door in Anna's apartment would have to be. It's just that the rail along which the door slides is twice as long as the width of the door. Here's a crop from this post that shows the entire door, completely open:

I suspect there wasn't originally a door in that doorway, and the landlord, realizing that a view from the living room, across the hall, and straight into the bathroom was unappealing, decided it needed a door of some sort. But casing and hanging a real door (which would have to swing out into the living room) would be awkward, and installing a pocket door would require demolishing and rebuilding part of the wall, so they settled for a sliding "barn" door instead.

"Barn" doors, unless they're in a setting that has a very strong old-industrial or working-farm aesthetic, are just a cheap-ass alternative to a pocket door, used by landlords and developers looking to cut costs. Nowhere have I seen that exemplified so blatantly than in this utterly charmless box of an apartment. It looks stupid and bad and I hate it, and have contempt for the person who chose to install it and for anybody who chooses to live with it (and Anna makes that all the easier).

I'm waiting for the day Anna hurples toward the bathroom in a hurry, slams that door open roughly, and it pops off the rail and lands on her...beaching her on her back like Gregor Samsa in Kafka's "The Metamorphosis."

...and, with any luck, she'll have left her phone in the kitchen open to a session with some useless Better Help counselor -- sitting there on the countertop next to a huge, tear-drenched, "therapeutic" sheetcake.

Someone needs to tell Jon that it's INCREDIBLY unflattering to film Anna from below. I mean, it's incredibly unflattering to film her at all, but he persists.

Edited to say the new apartment is a definite downgrade. Look how cheap the finishes are. Also, based on her house and the last few apartments she's rented, I've concluded that no one in Austin with money to burn wants hardwood floors. So much cheap laminate!

Even the light is shitty. Is she on the bottom floor, with another, taller building blocking the sun? Because it's just gloomy as all get-out. We're heading into fall, and winter will be here soon, and that place is going to be like a cave.

Listen, I know Anna doesn't even make any pretense at being a humane consumer, but if you're getting extended sizes crochet garments for 14 dollars there's 0 chance modern day slavery (or something legal but on the same level) wasn't involved. There are no crochet machines the way there are mechanical looms and knitting machines.
Someone made every crochet flower on that by hand. There's not enough definition in the pictures to tell for sure if the body was crocheted or knitted (I think the dress is riding the trend of sentro hobbyist/toy machine knitting, which also produces a very fast and cheap and stretchy material, easy to replicate- point is, the dress body might be knitted which would certainly be machined)

I know pretty much everyone is desensitized to slavery in the fashion industry nowadays and "well all clothes are made in sweatshops unless I pay 3x the cost" but at least you can kinda think "well maybe it's not so bad on that end, since the cost of living is dirt cheap in their country, or the machines are doing the work". A 14 dollar extended size crochet garment is guaranteed to mean someone was working for perhaps a few pennies an hour. Forgot "living wages" or anything, you're talking more about where maybe the woman gets paid for 8 hours of labor and given 20 cents, but she's sent home with materials and told she won't be allowed to clock in for another day of labor until she finishes her "home work" of another twenty units, which of course means enlisting all her children to labor because it's impossible to finish otherwise.

On Cider's website they have a big blurb about how they totally have an ethical supply chain and have a tab for "our suppliers" showing off all their humane certifications, but they cheekily say "these are three examples of our suppliers." Ok, what about the other suppliers you didn't want to name or say if they've passed inspections for slavery? They also say their suppliers must obey industry-leading standards such as SMETA and SEDEX. What are the industry standards you didn't want to name, but apparently still fit the bill?

The one thing you can do to at least maintain an illusion that slaves didn't sew your clothes is to not buy crochet. You can't trust the companies to say how fair their production is, but if you see crochet for 20 bucks at Walmart, the truth is clear as day for that item.

Somebody mentioned it might be a house, so I was looking for homes that sold in Austin on Redfin the past six weeks and I found one with a barn door. I agree, they are ugly as sin. But the house had high ceilings and the kitchen didn’t match.

I gave up because I always felt it’s an apartment. It’s too small, dark and cheaper than her last place. I’m curious why she moved though-it sure wasn’t to be closer to hiking trails. And it wasn’t for more “rum,” like she said. (Her accent annoys me.)

I actually do think now she’s lost some weight. But the loose skin is awful, everytime she moves everything is flopping all over. It did to some extent before but now it’s really something else. So here is my wild idea-maybe she moved to a cheap apartment to save money, anticipating that if she loses it all (ha) she’s going to need $100,000 worth of skin surgery.

Maybe her skin has gone from stretched-to-the-max and hard, to lumpy and saggy, but if she’s lost any weight it’s really hard to see it as less mass. She still has huge ham hock arms, a giant gunt, rippling candy juicy thighs, and shoulders attached directly under ears for that coveted pinhead lewk. She is so large she’d have to drop a good 100 pounds or maybe more before she actually appears smaller. because she’s claiming 60 pounds and it’s really hard to see.

I skimmed through 22 pages of results (2BR, $1500-3000/mo.; dog-friendly) on apartments.com, looking for a place that resembles Anna's, and turned up nothing. What I can say is that I came away from the search with a new appreciation for how cheap and shitty-looking Anna's place really is. Austin's a hot rental market, so even apartments in older buildings have updated cabinetry, doors, moldings, flooring, etc. A lot of them look pretty nice and liveable (if bland and cookie-cutter). A few really charmless old shoebox apartments turned up at the lower end of the price range, but nothing had as big a living-dining area as Anna's (that large of a space is so unusual, I didn't see anything remotely like it).

I did consider that it might be a house, but I can't see her buying anything that uninspiring, and if it was a rented house, why would she call it an apartment? Plus, the floor plan and position of the windows are what I'd expect in a corner unit of an apartment building, not a house.

And here's my LOL tinfoil hat version: maybe it isn't even in Austin, but in Houston, where her "medical team" is, and we're going to see her face Dr. Now on a future season of My 600 lb. Life.

That place is a definite downgrade from her other apartments. The bathroom has two sinks, so it's presumably the master bath. So if there is a second bathroom, wouldn't it be even smaller and harder for her to fit into? I do think it's an apartment and not a house due to the sprinklers (unless they come standard in new builds now) and the main door is next to her kitchen counter and has 2 deadbolts on it.

I guess it could be a condo but feels more like a small 1 or 2 bdr apartment, maybe in Austin suburbs or even Houston.
