Major "I'm only pretending to be retarded" vibes from Nick and co. circling the wagons around Vito. Why even play into this? When you "joke" about being a pedophile, and then people start thinking you're a pedophile, you literally are getting what you asked for.
Vito and Dick are fucking with Eric July, who is more tightly connected than Nick to the whole Nerdrotic/Geeks and Gamers/Critical Drinker sphere. Sorry for mixing you up with terminology. I think he most likely works out of the MSP airport in Minneapolis. If Drexel was to fly to Atlanta for free it would mean he was an employee of Delta or Spirit. There is a way for other airline employees to take a Delta flight from MSP to ATL. It is pennies on the dollar but it would still be feasible with what he should be making.
I always thought that was more of a huffing puffing act than anything else. You might even think of it as beating of the chest if you will. I now find it funnier given his reactions to everything people have found.

I have to admit that Nick does have a point saying it's hypocritical for us to 'attack' or take umbrage with his defense of/with Vito when we literally have to fight for our right to exist on the internet. It's just a question of whether pedos are an exception to free speech absolutism and if you're okay with being potentially hyopocritical about it.
Honestly, I think pedos are gross and I would not shield them but I would not join a lynchmob against them because I would find that hypocritical.

Some Counterpoints:
First, Nick didn't defend free speech in his own locals group.
Second, Nick blocked PerceptionChek when the conversation wasn't going his way even after asking her to explain herself.
Third, Nick sounds like he's mad at Josh Moon since he's the only one Nick actually named.
Fourth, Nick called Null from the shower and during one of his livestreams to try and spin his narrative. Not exactly a humble suggestion. More like desperation.
Fifth, flip-flops between "being me" and "that wasn't the real me" when things don't work out and is a self-proclaimed grifter.
Sixth, Nick is exposing/embarrassing himself right now.
Seventh, Nick has no fixed principles, admitted he has changed over the years.
Finally, Nick is not good-natured.
