This happens because actual female puberty is a lot more than what happens when you give a male estrogen. Other hormones like progesterone contribute to the growth of supportive structures (even if these men take progesterone when their moobs are already like this, it’s probably too late, you need it at the right moments). We have actual mammary glands that mature. There are probably genetic differences from the sex chromosomes. It’s like how women taking testosterone do get a lowered voice but it often doesn’t sound like an actual man. Sometimes it results in that frog voice, the TiF equivalent of the tuberous moobs. The underlying structures are different and no amount of exogenous hormones can change that.

Women can develop tubular breasts, it’s typically a result of poor breast development during puberty. But it’s not common in women whereas it seems every other troon in here has tits shaped like a sweet potato in the reject pile of a Aldi’s produce department.

A few reasons. The female bladder isn’t as strong as the male so it can’t efficiently push out urine over a longer distance. The extension creates a bend that doesn’t exist in the male urethra where urine can stagnate. The surgery creates strictures and fistulas so that leads to festering urine too. I can't speak with regard to private K-12 but my experience with the public ones is that the teachers go on major power trips about restricting access to the bathroom and it causes children a lot of problems. They do this even to very little children and love being anal about hall pass access. No one is allowed to go pee if someone else has it.

It was a multi viscera transplant and she was hoping for organs specifically from a dead child because she was anorexic and wanted to be smol enough to need child organs. All the organ damage was her own fault. She should have been on hospice.

pyelonephritis can fuck you over without prior symptoms of UTI. it happened to me, even my pee came back clear (i'd been drinking a fuckton since starting to suspect a kidney infection, might have caused it?), but the GP sent me to A&E cos i had rigors and thank fuck he did.

that was uncomplicated pyelonephritis and it was absolutely brutal. these pooners have complicated their urinary systems to fuck in ways i doubt are described in medical textbooks. like what is the urologist at a provincial hospital supposed to know about this stuff.

Others have explained very well, but also keep in mind that in the typical phalloplasty, the "urethra" is made of sewed-on arm skin. The male urethra is specially set up to get pee out effectively. Rolled-up arm skin isn't.

Another issue is a lot of them have trouble fully emptying their bladders due to the surgical fuckery. Some have said that it takes them minutes on end to pee. So they drink less, which makes UTIs more likely.

Plus, even without phalloplasty, stopping all female hormones causes a certain degree of atrophy in the female genital area, including the entrance to the urethra. The vaginal microbiome seems to be dependent on the healthy cells there getting estrogen, because without it the pH changes and the healthy bacteria start dying off, leading to more infections from bad bacteria. This has mainly been studied in regards to post-menopausal women. It can be treated with estrogen cream, but I don't know how you would apply that when what was formerly the entrance to your urethra is now buried under a fleshy Coke can of arm skin.

Given what some have said about their issues with peeing, the feeling of urge to pee constantly and the sensation of not emptying the bladder would not be that unusual. And all their nerve signals from the area must be fucked up from the constant abuse, long-term catheter use, etc. Their brains probably barely recognize what they are feeling anymore.
