Chris's incest charge is dismissed

All things considered he got away pretty cleanly. No probation even? Because you just know he's going to screw that up somehow.
The guess is he was in a tard home for his probation period and it's over and he's a free bitch now. Not sure if he is in some kind of assisted living where they can keep wrangling him but he should be. Looks like he may be free to go wherever he likes and do whatever he likes at this point though.

If anyone needs to be in a group home it's probably people like Chris, but I don't know if they can legally hold him now that it's officially over.

If he is it's probably a blessing in disguise because I don't see a future in 14 BLC for him or Barb. It's probably mortgaged out the ass and full of junk and neglect, among other things.
Chris is probably a registered Democrat.
I do remember he wanted Hillary to win because muh woman card or whatever.

This isn't a bad theory, to say he's an untrustworthy narrator is an understatement. Plus, we don't know the nature of the evidence they got from Barb. Maybe she denied it all, refuse to be examined for evidence.

If that is the case, it's pretty shocking that they kept Chris in a cage for 18 months. Not saying I feel sorry for him, because he deserved every minute of that for what he did, but the idea they can subject someone to that when they didn't have enough evidence to charge them is insane. It's madness. It's not even like Chris was a potential danger to the public.
As long as someone is willing to talk to the police they can always find something to hold him on. Even if everything he says is reasonable it is always possible to interpret anything in the worst possible way or misheard him say something or misunderstood something he says. Nothing he says to police can be used to help him, it would be inadmissable for court if the police tried to help him, things he says can ONLY be used against him. If he had not said anything he probably would have left the same day he was taken in for questioning.

That's not true. Not only is it admissible but they're required to turn it over to the defense if it's exculpatory. They wouldn't generally want to help you, though, although they like to pretend they want to. But if you or they said something that exonerated you, they'd be required to turn it over on risk of losing the case.

I think you are confused. The police got flooded with notifications when the audio and chat info was released. They then detained Chris at his house but ultimately let him go with a no contact order.

Now they then arrested him days later after gabbing time to go through material as well as after it was clear Chris had nowhere to go with family now refusing him and no money with null now cancelling donation drive

Point is lots of things had happened over the days

Something worth noting.

Even though he might not be constrained by the courts ; the assisted living Center may have its own agreement rules . Essentially (you will pay 300 dollars a month heavily subsidized rent but you must follow x rules)

Examples might be

No drinking
No drugs.
Curfews?
Visitation rules

Etc etc

That’s not true because, he was not “taken in for questioning.” He was handcuffed and arrested for incest.

Also, he could have posted bail. But his lawyer knew he was safer in jail than just being released with nowhere to live. It took a long time to find a group home spot to open up.

He was denied bail. Who knows how exactly things progressed but remember first time he stepped in front of judge he sperged out hard demanding that he rescue his legos and such from hotel .

Literally autism. I'd bet on it.
Well deferred disposition is a process that can end in dismissal. It’s possible since the probationary period is focused on meeting certain expectations set by the court. Mind you 3 to 4 months since his release is pretty short period of probationary time and in theory we should still see the charge and disposition on his record

We see the charge and disposition but no real details, probably because it's a sex crime that started in J&DR.

I'm not sure if someone could get more information by actually physically showing up or using a public terminal of some sort, and so far as I know, nobody has tried. Most of the information about the case has not been public.
