How indeed. You would think any sort of background check would come up with at least some of this stuff. Google autocompletes Earl Dube to Earl Dube Michigan and Earl Dube Whitebowser, at least it does for me. Just searching Earl Dube you see Reddit posts about him being a predator 4 links down, after 2 Linkedin pages and his own website. If he really is working with kids this is an indictment of whatever org he's working with and their inability to protect those kids.

This is a big fucking mishap on the organisation's part. How they let this guy in, background check or not, is really fucking concerning.
I personally have a "don't poke the bear" policy, but I'm hoping trolls track down what organisation he's with and tell them "hey, your latest hire is a fucking pedophile, get him outta here!"

Adding some information as I work in that field. They’ll take anyone with a Batchelor's degree and X amount of experience working with or being around autistic children. Knowing Earl he could’ve used his own experiences especially if he kept his own IEPs from high school

I mentioned something about this way back, but I sort of didn't fully expect that we'd see something like this. Bowser is retracing the steps of Ross, he's gradually went from denying everything to taunting everyone with jokes about being a pedo and working in a school, he is a predator in his hunting ground, and hopefully his employer can be identified and made aware of this. Bowser has exposed kids to porn, and groped a minor before. I completely believe he will get handsy with some retarded teen girl he gets the chance.
