Really, if lolcow behavior is popularized as it often is by social media, women and retarded men but more likely women will go on with it. Their love of attention is another to consider but only really lolcowish if it's taken to an obsessive degree. A lot of male lolcows are the way they are because most have legit something fucked in their head. Someone who has a fit is just someone who had a fit. BPD is really pervasive and affects more or less everything someone does. So if someone throws a fit because something upsetting to a normal person happened, they're not a cow for that, but if someone is incessantly melting down about little to nothing, then they are.
