It seems a bit cruel to pluck/wax an 8-year-old's eyebrows

Idk, Lisa does run a beauty salon for a living so I don't think it's that weird in this case. Gracie's probably seen people getting brow waxes pretty regularly her whole life and might've been game for it if Kai or Lisa asked her if she wanted it done. Kids tend to like it when they are finally deemed "old enough" for something they've only seen adults do before. Or she got teased about it (I can see Kailyn repeating mean comments about Gracie's unibrow from YTT right to her honestly) and Gracie asked Lisa to do it. I find either scenario more likely than them holding her down and forcing her to.

kinda strange to focus on an 8 year old's unibrow but plucking and waxing does seem mean, even if she did ask for it. if they de-monobrowed her i'm hoping they used those dermaplanning razors that are popular these days

If Kailyn/Lisa even did anything, they wouldn't have to use a painful method. Eyebrow razors are a thing and they're easy to use.

She's already high risk for bullying, and kids will be merciless about a unibrow.

She doesn't see other kids, she's stuck in the lavender prison all day. The only bullying she can get is from Kai haters.
just the other day i was looking at the wiki articles for children's street culture and childhood secret clubs and stuff like that and i couldn't help but think of Gracie and how she's missing out on that. so many of my formative years were playing make believe with my siblings and cousins and other neighborhood kids, coming up with crazy imaginary worlds and characters, getting into petty recess squabbles over who gets to be Bubbles when we play Powerpuff Girls, omg you have a foil charizard i'll give you my raichu for it, etc. child street culture is universal across all cultures and i never thought about it. i took it for granted, i suppose. i could be a bitter old lady and say "kids these days, they all fat and addicted to their ipads and playing the minecrafts  " tbh, usually i don't give a shit, but it's an extreme case with Gracie. even if Kids These Days don't go outside as much as they used to, those iPad kids get in-person social interaction at school and with siblings. if they're only children and being homeschooled by competent parents, they go to social gatherings for other HS kids, or at least play with cousins and neighbors and church kids. Gracie just doesn't have anyone her age to play with. she's just alone, locked up in her pink loldollz dungeon with an iPad. Kaikai insists she has lots of friends she plays video games with, but those are online friends. i'm not shitting on online friendships but it's just fucked that this child has probably never had an in-person friend. she spends every Christmas and birthday with no one to play with her new toys with. she does Easter egg hunting alone with her tard pig mom sitting nearby stuffing Reese's in her maw and taking pictures for Instagram. it's just a dreadfully sad existence. i hope she escapes it one day, but she has had no opportunity to interact with real kids in the real world, and probably doesn't think her life is strange at all. she might be too socially stunted at this point to make it. just...poor kid. #FreeGracie

This is him. It's no secret. He comments mushy responses under her teen love posts. He lives in PA though. Don't think this will last very long.

Doesn't she always start by saying she won't tell people, and then wants the attention and tells people? Not that it matters now, I suppose :story:
