Re: the torswats stuff, the only definite thing that we’ve got is that at least one of the calls was done through that service. I want whoever was doing it (multiple people, Pat, whoever) caught so the fact that there’s a place to investigate is a positive.

This guy needs to drop some actual receipts. I get that he wasn't claiming the call was of Fatrick actually ordering the SWAT, but it doesn't really prove anything, and the weird accusing of him trying to hack his account and hold it ransom is making me nervous. I definitely think this is the triggerman behind the SWAT's themselves, but there's nothing concrete at all about porky being the one calling the shots.
 
I'm on the fence about this. At this stage there's no smoking gun that points to Pat.

Even if the Swats stop now, that may just mean that a third party was using TorSwats to Swat him. The telegram hasn't dumped something that would 100% connect Pat to the crime, such as payment details or correspondence. At the moment, to believe that Pat is responsible based on what's come out of Telegram is to believe the word of a professional criminal. If putting people's lives in danger doesn't bother them, then lying won't bother them either. I would assume that if it's Pat, they would have some clear evidence of same. If they want to fuck Pat up for scamming them, why not release it and watch his world burn down around him rather than just make an unverified claim. Shit or get off the pot.

On the other hand, the question remains as to why they would name Pat as the Swatter and claim that he stiffed them if he's innocent? The only set of events that I can think of that would explain such a thing is that a third party posed as Pat and provided the "sue the MPD" motivation as the reason for someone attempting the world's least efficient suicide-by-cop. Pattycakes is stupid enough to do something like that, but he's stupid enough to do lots of things, doesn't mean he has.

Frankly if I was going to do something that spectacularly illegal and engage the services of a criminal organisation who could target me next, blackmail me, extort me, or just Swat me for shits and giggles I wouldn't give those people anything that could identify me. Just say the name and address of the target and fork over some BTC, not tell them who I am and why I'm doing it. They don't need to know anything else and providing that information doesn't benefit me at all and puts me at risk. Maybe other people wouldn't do that? I dunno, I'm not in the habit of employing criminals to send armed police to people I have internet beef with so I'm just speculating.

Tl ; dr, based on the information I've seen so far, the false flag hypothesis is the only one that fits the facts. But if there are new revelations, that could change.

Although if he puts up enough receipts regarding Pat it might prompt a situation where the local law enforcement might wish to examine all of his electronic communications type devices. For a single swatting probably not. But for such a repeat customer? They might. Imagine what fun things they might find on the hard drives of the SWA's loudest most supportive pedophile champion?

I swear I am not married to the position that he isn’t doing this, but I’m still not convinced. This person running the swatting service is motivated by money and, as others have mentioned, isn’t exactly a trustworthy source.

If anyone has the ability to draw this level of trolling and getting fucked with down upon themselves, it is Fatrick. I think someone may have paid this Swatter to lie about Pat using his services (and not paying) initially but once the Swatter realized how fucking insufferable Pat is he just continued on with this story for fun.
