Problem with Sam is he can't keep his narrative consistent. His father was setting him up for yale via donations. A top Ivey League School, by donations of 100's of thousands of dollars. Not very working class is it? For comparison, if you look at Joe Rogan his father was an absentee, alcoholic, who worked in construction. Why is it that Joe Rogan can talk about what his father does vs Sam hyde?

Charls also touched on this. According to him. He and Nick came from working class backgrounds. He didn't have a trust fund (I think) to rely on. Later Sam addresses some beef they had, where Charls and Nick had a pilot automile or something, that was going to be picked up. Adult Swim came to sam and offered him something, but sam in his word said something along the lines of "just give my $500 royalty, something with no need for lawyers, ect." Well, for some reason the pilot fell through. Imagine fucking your friends over like that, over a measly $500.00. Like either it meant nothing to you, and you could've simply said hey it's okay not interested, Therby allowing Charls and Nick to have a career (which ironically could've helped him later in life) or you're jealous of them and wanted them to suffer along side you (likely scenario). What's also telling about that is that Adult Swim Didn't have a problem with Nick or Charls, they just didn't want Sam, and I can see why.

The cred max thing is kind of sus. I think Sam's own father had said something along the lines of "I need to understand how my clients get paid so I get paid." I think Sam's goal here knowing that his community is losers, is to get them to use debt in the hopes they fund him. They're not gonna fucking invest in stocks or some shit.

Sam showed the emails with Adult Swim about the show. He was involved in the pitch meeting so they legally had to pay him out, even though he wasn't going to be part of the production. They only offered him $500 so he responded by asking for $50 and then sent another email saying he changed his mind and would settle for $5.

The network told Charles they wouldn't be able to go forward with the show because Sam didn't agree to the payment but obviously left out what the insultingly low offer was. You have to wonder how seriously AS took the pilot if that's all it took to get it cancelled.

I'm in the minority of MDE fans because I'm indifferent to Charles being back. He constantly cried about how he was sabotaged and blacklisted and could never work in the "industry" again as if he ever had a chance. How many Adult Swim people succeed in the "industry?" Almost none of them, outside of their own individual grinds like podcasts etc. Charles is one of the most schizo conspiracy theory guys around and he was literally crying because he couldn't work in pedo Satan Hollywood anymore, as if there were talent scouts banging on his door before World Peace got cancelled.

Okay. The offer is not the issue. In fact he asked for less. All it makes me wonder is what is Sam leaving out? Again Adult Swim don't want him, but they're okay with Charls and Nick. What legally sneakery would have there been? How would it have impacted him? It wouldn't. Instead he went out of his way to fuck over his two friends. Charles was one third of MDE and he was there for the entire production of World Peace. World Peace wasn't cancelled for any legitimate reason. It got cancelled because Jews got mad. Sam didn't suddenly switch up his style right before WP debuted. It's not like the stuff he had said or the things he did was unfamiliar to Charles considering he actively participated in it. Sam didn't sabotage anything. It's honestly still surprising the show even made it to air in the first place. Have you ever seen old MDE stuff?

I completely forgot that this scene existed but looking back at it, holy fuck it's exactly out of a Dhar Mann skit, it's so painfully cringe I have no idea what Vince Gilligan was thinking when he wrote this shit. Sucks because the rest of the show is great but I guess Sam didn't bother with it.

I think Charls had a meltdown because MDE took away his chances at being a moderate success, not like getting into Hollywood more like having a regular writing job for smaller shit. Then combine that with possible mental illness and isolation in a foreign country and you have problems.

I don’t think the MDE guys would have made it. A lot of the Adult Swim alumni already didn’t like them. Their previous stuff was already too edgy for people trying to clean up.

Out of all of them, Nick is the most well put together. Has wife, children, and works hard. Also unlike Sam, Nick is actually funny and charismatic. I think he just said fuck it and moved on. It would be interesting to hear his thoughts on the matter. I would wager he doesn't hold anything personally against sam. At the same time I think he just views sam as an arms length friend, someone you wouldn't bring home. I do know Nick and Charls we're friends from way back.

As for the Staff, not sure about that. I think the only issue with MDE is Sam. He's not talented. He's not funny. He acts like a total bitch. Alway's being the victim. You do it once, okay, however, given his fiasco with Idubbz, it's a reoccurring theme. And the evidence just isn't there for any case.
