There's the 7th book in the Wizard of Oz series, there's an annoying and bad-tempered cat getting lobotomised and everyone was happy, but Oz books are full of wacky and dark humour and it clearly wasn't written as 'brave and stunning we're on the right side of history' as the troon shit of today.
I have always been saying that if you put FtM and MtF together you'll immediately know their actual sex and realise how unpassable they can be, that works for buff FtM people love to say as being passable too. (Look at any Buck Angel porn lmao it's so obvious)
Also 'Straight with extra steps' made me think of one possibility that many of them are not exactly 'gay' or 'straight' but have a fetish for extreme body modifications or a freakshow look and they found each other. You know, the 'Monsterfuckers'/Teratophilia art, but in real life, and that fetish totally replaced their normal sexuality (other than the fetish to present as the opposite gender or to transform themselves into 'something different').
This can occur in female too, not just coomer male, and it seems like a lot of FtM artists on tumblr, if they weren't fetishising gay men, tend to be into monsterfucker stuff. (if not both)

No. They are not female. The XY condition you refer to, Swyer syndrome, is the very condition that the XY intersex athlete had who won his fight to be considered a female athlete.
Most individuals with Swyer syndrome do not have wombs. Those that do need medical support to maintain the pregnancy.
Without artificial hormones, individuals with Swyer syndrome end up as neuter and never going through puberty. No, I do not count these individuals as female.
I think these conditions you mention are the closest humans can come to being truly intersex and neither being fully male nor female.
Anyway, only 100% genetic and phenotypic females deserve to compete in women's sports.
(Just to clarify, I would respect the gender identity of intersex individuals outside of the specific situation of women's sport. This is the true meaning of gender identity IMO, when genuinely ambiguous people identify with whatever is right for them).

Those are likely just regular guys (more likely straight than not) who are taking the piss. In the UK it's not unusual for men to do stupid shit like this for charity/club fundraising/stag nights/fresher's week/whatever on a night out, because it's an easy "let's look stupid in public for [reason]" option. It's always on adult-only occasions, usually with a lot of alcohol featuring. More often than not it's big burly athletic types, so they look even more absurd. The more ridiculous the contrast, the better.
Does this never happen outside Britain? Maybe it's a culture thing but I refuse to believe this is just a UK thing.
They're often the type of men who, if they happen to have a daughter later on, will let her glitter up his hair and paint his face if she wants to play dress-up with him, because he's a good dad who's secure in his masculinity.

Reminds me of that video where a group had to rank each other's IQs, and this woman did a little dance (literally a dance) about all of her career accomplishments, ranked herself 2nd (obviously out of false modesty), and then ranked a guy as the lowest, clearly based on him being a white male with a bit of a Shrek-ish face.
He turned out to be 3rd highest IQ, she was the absolute lowest.
