I can't reply right now (this is a draft from before the announcement), but getting on SSI and/or SSDI is difficult but not impossible. I think that PT would qualify due to her mental health issues effecting her ability to maintain employment, issues taking care of herself, her interactions with others (notably her doctors, customers at work, and mother), and her overall growing mental instability (cops being called is a major milestone, no matter what the reason). There are MANY people with far fewer issues that have successfully been approved for benefits just by having their shit together and being consistent (we see them on the farms from time to time for example).

Getting approved is a matter of documentation, many people are diagnosed with something and immediately turn around and apply without understanding that there has to be SUBSTANTIAL evidence not only from their medical records, but also complete and detailed affidavits from doctors and family members that their disability is severe enough and impacts enough of their daily required activities to be truly disabling, not to mention a record of attempted treatments and ongoing care. If the family actually convinced her to get consistent treatment for her issues and shelled out for a disability lawyer to guide them through the process they would probably have a decent chance of getting her at least on SSI/Medicare/services in general, which PT will absolutely need by the time her family is gone.

I feel that it's easier for us on KF to look at her and say "Oh she's just weird tranny weeb that does dumb shit, she's a mild cow", but from a outside "normie" perspective she is a person who has developed fairly severe mental health issues/delusions towards her 30s, has uncontrollable outbursts over normal situations, despite having a 4 year degree is completely unable to utilize it due to her mental health issues, has recently had contact with the police over her behaviors, has presented to her healthcare professionals with growing delusions, and is constantly at odds with people around her (mostly Debbie, but also just people around her that "misgender" her in public).

The SSA is fucked and there are a lot of cases that get fucked up, but it's not some mysterious shadow organization, you just have to tick the correct bosses and say the right things along with your documentation just like most government organizations.

All of that say PT will never get approved simply because she is incapable ticking the correct boxes and saying the right things on her own, and her family is too stupid/indifferent to do the right things to help her.

The poster above me: not true, it’s more complicated. You have a vocational expert involved thet decides if there are jobs you can do based on your education and skills. DDS, which is not part of the ssa gathers and reviews medical evidence. The claims analyst (ssa employee) or judge makes the decision based on what dds and the VE says.

Most people think dds is part of the ssa when it is not. It’s funded by the federal govt but the dds employees are from state agencies, while claims analysts are federal employees that work for the ssa itself. Confusing, I know.

Not to be insensitive here but these are not the words of a man. They're the words of a very confused and possibly psychotic woman.

I want to know if she can point to her stomach.
...
I'm just reminded of something she said a while back about how she's a man and you can tell by how she stands and all that. But the line that got me was something like, "I've got my fist to my stomach and thrusting"... Could it be that she's got a... lump down there in her intestines and she thinks it's her penis? I literally can't come up with anything else unless it's got to do with her seeing an x-ray or her cervix is inflamed.

That is because of the ghosts raping her. Have some compassion.
Who would want to rape her? Yeah I get it, rape isn't about sex but power, but to get power over Pixy of all people?

Such manly body and facial poses. Sorry to break it to you Pixi but you suck at being a man as much as you do a woman

Our Queen sold her painting for extra cosplay funds! Glad to see she's really been applying herself to this artwalk

I wouldn’t pay money for it, but it’s kind of neat. Like an edgy thirteen year old experimenting.

Second row middle looks nice. :) The confused O mouth is very bad, though. Don’t do that.

Who would want to rape her?
Chris.

Just to feel power over anyone, it doesn’t matter who. Little old ladies get raped.

I don’t think our queen thinks of herself as a man. She thinks of herself as a boy. :c

You don’t see a lot of people with bipolar or schizophrenia getting disability benefits because of when it usually gets diagnosed. It usually hits right around 18-25. Too late to claim benefits as a dependent and get a tugboat like Chris did. Too early to be able to claim it after paying in by working for a decade or two. Also if you do work and pay in, that shows that you can work, so they’re not going to give you those sweet NEETbux. Schizos and severe bipolar people are more likely to get other gibs like Medicaid, Section 8, and food stamps.

There are guides on how to get gibs when you’re kind of disabled but not really. However, it takes money to make money. For women it can involve whoring themselves out to pay for lawyers and doctors visits. For men it usually means moving some weight. I don’t think Pixy can sell ass so she should consider driving down to Mexico and moving some bricks. CBP won’t ask her anything but the basics, however she can tell them she’s going for plastic surgery if they do ask.

@No Batty Boys in Jamaica MF, you know I love you but I gotta correct you a bit: You're only thinking of SSDI (what Chris Chan has) and not SSI (what Amanda Turcol has). SSI is for those who haven't paid into SSDI but can't work. It caps at $940/month and you can't have more than $2k of assets.

I'm not sure Pixy meets the diagnostic criteria, but if/when she gets so bad she TRULY cannot work or do art exhibitions or even cosplay, she may.

Edit: Also disability lawyers are paid on contingency. She wouldn't have to pay a thing other than a portion of her backpay if the case is won.

Lol @ the entitlement of this womanchild

Imagine thinking human rights are an actual thing. Those fuckers want a one world government so fuck them and their believers. Not to mention how countries like the United States weaponized it for ideological reasons.

I was genuinely rooting for Pixy when it seemed like she was really turning her life around, but she's become such a whiny brat (more than usual, I mean) that a big part of me only wants her to fail from here on out. The problem is she wouldn't learn a thing from it—no accountability nor self-sufficiency, and she'll just scream and cry into the void.

Then again, even something resembling success doesn't teach her anything beyond how she could possibly spin it to continue benefiting her. "Gender identity issues are garnering me some sympathy? I'll beat this horse until it's paste." Etc.

I pity any potential caretaker who has to deal with her histrionic ass. She doesn't even deserve to have one, imo, even though she does technically need one.

Stay on topic, this isn't AnH
I see that no one likes the truth about how there's no such thing as a human right. It's only becoming a talking point again on how the West is weaponizing human rights. Before that you had people like James Peck talking about it. People need to stop living under a rock and get a life. Read some books. I'm sorry that I'm right. It's a harsh truth that's only coming back into light over the past five years or so. Though every few years it changes. Jessica Whyte wrote a decent book on it too. I fully expect a new book to be written about what we're seeing now sometime in the 2030's.

Take it elsewhere, we're here for PT.
