So you do "strength train" 3 times a week but you have to push yourself to walk for ten fucking minutes?
I can't wrap my head about it.

"Health is a social construct", yeah Jordan, I'm sure your heart and joints know about it.
"Strength training" is seeing how long she can hold her arms straight in front of her before needing to put them down. She's up to 30 seconds now.

LOL, both practices are legitimately culturally Dutch things, and more than one country eats apple (/sauce) with potatoes I think. It can be quite nice, per recipes like this.
There's nothing wrong with hagelslag in fact I've got a box of it in the pantry right now. Use it when baking but sometimes sprinkle a bit of it on a piece of toast with peanut butter. Makes for a nice change.

It's so weird, because you can buy a small trash can at literally every dollar store in America.

But if she's willing to admit keeping her used dental floss in a jar I shudder to think of how she disposes ofher feminine products.
In a pinch, you can just use a grocery bag. If it's the paper kind, just stand it up next to the bathroom vanity, and if it's plastic, hang it from the cabinet or doorknob.

A jar of used dental floss just sitting in the bathroom for weeks is fucking foul.

Also, this Zoomer insistence on overcomplicating absolutely everything to "manage" your self-diagnosed ADHD is so fucking annoying.

Well, whatever she's doing with her gross flossing habits isn't working because this bitch has had nearly 20 cavities in her lifetime, and she's not even 30, yet.

Their goals are based on muscle mass, not overall health. While I don't question their advice on persistence and hard work, they are usually on an extreme end of a spectrum. They are wildly healthier than fat people, and their diet advice will be beneficial with a grain of salt. You wouldn't go to wrong listening, still, they are not paragons of nutritional science, and I have heard as many bizarre metabolic and food myths from them as anybody else.
Body builders very often work as personal trainers. Being swole doesn't make them incapable of training normal people. Body builder myths are things like believing you need more protein than you actually do and that you need to consume it within certain windows. Fat bitch myths are that being morbidly obese is healthy, calories don't matter, and the laws of thermodynamics don't apply to fat people.

"Average woman"? Counting the idiots into pseudoscience in my life... alot of men. Sleep on a bed full of magnets, take absurd supplements to "increase testosterone", fear soy, buy magic cures, eating raw meat, alkaline water, that's mostly men in my experience. I'd say men tend to buy into pseudoscience shit more often, but women buy into fad diet and "disease is a modern thing' myths more often. Both spout fat logic excuses equal measure, women are just louder and more focused on forcing everyone to find them beautiful.
I've never heard of sleeping on magnets. Taking supplements to increase testosterone is based. Soy is estrogenic. Eating steak rare is pretty good. Tap water is poison. All that comes from a very logical place as you would expect from men. Women believe in magic crystals, tarot, astrology, witchcraft, etc. All the top threads here are fat women for a reason.

Eh, because this is the Beauty Parlor and women make fun of women here. Spend a week on /fit/ and you'll see plenty of pseudoscience. My favorite is Mew-ing - just keep chewing gum, and you'll definitely totally change the bone structure of your face so you look like Chad, anon! And someone was keeping that liver king guy rolling in cash, and it wasn't women.

HAES is an almost exclusively female-driven insanty, I'll give you that.

Lol I look forward to your future write-up in Stinkditch, super based sir

Correct. A dozen incels on 4chan talking about mewing is hardly comparable. HAES is mainstream. Liver king is a meme but he is actually jacked and incredibly strong and is giving advice with a kernel of truth to it. It's a grift, but there is something there to hook naive men in. HAES requires you to be completely fucking delusional and believe a fat bitch gasping for air telling you she's healthy.

Why do you keep bringing up trannies?

It really does seem like some people are just unlucky and end up with tooth decay despite fastidious brushing and flossing habits, while other more fortunate souls have never purchased floss and don't always remember to brush but have perfect teeth for their entire lives. There are a lot of hypotheses surrounding the role of oral bacteria in tooth decay, but as it turns out, the explanations that have been widely accepted for decades might not be the whole story. It's like there's some unidentified factor that disrupts the oral microbiome and creates the right environment for cariogenic bacteria to flourish. It's actually kind of fascinating. I would not be surprised if it were the kind of process that's very difficult to disrupt once it's set in motion, so once you get a cavity or two, you're more likely to continue to get them even in other teeth.

I don't know that having ten cavities at every checkup is attributable to mere bad luck, though. Assuming she's going to the dentist at least annually, that's a lot of decay in a short time. That it's happened to her twice in a relatively short period is also interesting.

My own crackpot theory: those shitty little floss picks don't do the job as well as actual floss. In addition to the inferior mechanics, it seems like jamming the same manky bit of floss between all your teeth over and over again just serves to spread the filth around. It's lazy as fuck. If you have two working hands, there's no excuse for not using actual floss. 🎩

It's not a crackpot theory as most dentists will suggest you use normal floss and your fingers when flossing. It's like those single use "plackers" you can find. You wind up spreading that bacteria around your mouth. But it's better than doing nothing.

What she's doing is still fucking retarded. Get a garbage can like a normal human being.

Fatties mad at the woman who blows gas up her ass.

How even would you figure out how much individual body parts weigh? I feel like you can't just plop a tit or an arm on a scale and expect things to be accurate, but I'd still like to know how much each bit weighs for no other reason than morbid curiousity.

There's nothing wrong with hagelslag in fact I've got a box of it in the pantry right now. Use it when baking but sometimes sprinkle a bit of it on a piece of toast with peanut butter. Makes for a nice change.

What I don't get is how she even gets it in the jar that would be less time consuming than just throwing it away.
Does she curl it up in the little jar?
Roll the crap-encrusted floss around between her hands to make a ball?

Well, whatever she's doing with her gross flossing habits isn't working because this bitch has had nearly 20 cavities in her lifetime, and she's not even 30, yet.

I have a very strong suspicion

that her diet

just maybe

might be a factor.

Could be hormonal, too. This woman's teeth all fell out when she got pregnant:

You wouldn't take nutrition advice from people whose life revolves around nutrition and staying fit and who consistently achieve their goals?

Average female body builder: Obesity is unhealthy. Consume less calories. Track everything you eat. Drink water, not sugar. Exercise. High protein diet.
Average woman:

idk man, seems like you shouldve clarified there's a difference between bodybuilding, the sport with the federations and the drugs and the bullshit; and bodybuilding, the act of BUILDING a BODY (granted, there are similarities between the 2). Or maybe, for the sake of generalization: "female athlete"

But anyway a google search turns up quite a few female bodybuilders from before steroids were invented.

Última edición:
The assumption most women in bodybuilding take testosterone shows how little people know about the sport. Only those who are extremely muscular and masculine looking, i.e female bodybuilding category, probably use test. There are many other categories, where the muscular development is less so these women most likely use milder PEDs like anavar and primobolan. The masculine side effects are minimised and most women retain their femininity.

Inserted are all Ms Olympia winners from different categories so you can see that not all bodybuilders are masculine and most certainly don't use testosterone

I can't get used to fingers and hands like that. They creep me the fuck out. It reminds me of dactylitis or something, except it's achieved by an absurd amount of intake. They STILL don't stop and self evaluate as their fingers turn to stubs and they lose dexterity, one of the traits that makes us evolutionarily human. People equate them to paws, but paws looks functional. Fat hands with folded wrists and inverted knuckles and pyramid marshmallow claws look like something from Cronenberg.

Tap water is poison.
Okay, Amber.
I wish Jordan was beat up more in school. Like as much more as she weighs.
Jordan beats herself up every day and calls it fat liberation.

I'm legit LMAO at Splotchy's fat soy boyfriend. Imagine flexing that you have a man and are double income no kids with a fucking neckbeard ponytail male feminist fatty.

That sounds icky, but you do you.
You've never had chocolate and peanut butter before? Are Reese's Peanut Butter Cups completely alien to you? Unless you hate one or the other I don't see why it's icky.

She heard of using body weight for exercises and figured on whatever was most difficult so that's it.

And yes that's a joke. Somebody like her can't strength train. That takes away from precious time she could be using to complain about stuff.

Non-grain substitutes for starches always help instead of hurt. I don’t think you’re a skinny legend for eating gluten free, but it can sure help to skip a cup or two of flour.

Jimmies taste waxy and the texture is weird. Putting that on toast with peanut butter sounds like a texture nightmare.

That last video: pushing away from the dinner table doesn't necessarily mean skipping meals, although outside of hypoglycemia issues skipping one meal a day now and then isn't disordered eating. It can just mean don't overeat at meals, which is obviously a problem for her.

That gluten free sandwich hack sounds delicious. It's very clever.
