My vote is for stainless steel. By all accounts I consider it to be the most based and red pilled form of cookware. After years of autistic abuse my shitty sloppy seconds thrift store pan is still holding up just fine.

Glass on the other hand can shatter and chip, non-stick goes to hell after awhile and can give you cancer aids if you inhale the tasty fumes, copper is expensive and gay, ceramic is for fancy cunts and cast iron is heavy and needy just like your mom.

The only thing I miss is my ability to use cast iron as a home defense weapon but my wife said her boyfriend would protect me

Cast iron. Followed by spatula and wooden spoon.
Wait you're a cuck? Easy joke, but upgrade to a cook.

Cast iron. A good large cast iron pan can be used to fry in, make stew, cook steaks, bake bread in and can be used on a stove in an oven or on a fire or grill. Just never let any soap touch it only water and oil.

Carbon steel -- like cast iron, but far lighter and more responsive to changes in temperature. IMG_1791-500x375.jpg

But if you need a non-reactive surface, go with stainless steel-clad aluminum. Acids will strip the seasoning from carbon steel/cast iron and will react with copper and bare aluminum.

Enameled cast iron cookware...preferably by Le Creusette.

Don't let the bright colors fool you...this stuff is a workhorse. It has all of the advantages of cast iron in terms of durability and thermal conductivity, but the heavy, enamel coating prevents it from rusting and it is also teflon-coated on the cooking surface.

The downside is that it is heavy as hell and expensive as fuck, but it can last indefinitely.

Cast Iron. That shit will survive a nuclear apocalypse.

With that big Dutch oven, you can set bread dough for 24 hours then quickly bake it. A pretty good method to make your home smell heavenly
