I'm not so sure about that. They want Japan and South Korea to accept more immigrants and refugees and they aren't doing shit about the Chinese demographic disaster that was warned about for decades.

I don't think they want any race at all besides mud people since race is divisive. Technically it isn't giving the WHO full authority over US pandemic policies, it's American lawmakers and bureaucrats agreeing to follow lockstep with what the WHO does with pandemic policy. It's not the same thing because legally the US isn't giving up sovereignity.
