I'm not american and navigating house record pages was fucking tricky.

I couldnt get a better picture due to google maps havent been there for 7years and not on that small road its on.

But if he can find a buyer he will still make a decent amount of cash and he wouldn't have to beg for pennies.

The problem is that his family home is likely a teardown due to him not seemingly doing any maintenance on it. That really cripples the value for a fairly small plot of land in the middle of bum fuck nowhere Virginia. Zillow estimates for these kind of properties are usually not very accurate.

He would probably have to sell at half the zillow estimate (if he is lucky) or wait a LONG time to actually sell the property at the current estimate. The best solution would be to just sell the house he currently lives in, pay off the mortgage and dump a bit of what he managed to keep from the sale into his family house for some renovations. Sell most of the useless nerd crap for pennies, then move in to his family house.

He is a 400+ pound blob who makes shitty videos on the internet for a living and likely never leaves the house at his current place, meaning he has no real social attachment to his current place. Having less space to maneuver his fat ass, less area to simply clean/maintain, lower property taxes and no longer having his mortgage to worry about would be the smartest economic decision he could make. Its Boogie though, so he will continue to let it rot rather than bother to put in any effort to make some money off the property.

I really don’t understand Boogies obsession with sex for a lot of reasons.

First and foremost he physically (by his own admission) can’t have it, and despite having so much of his life revolve around it, he still won’t lose the weight to indulge in it.

Second I’d have thought his low T, his pill popping and his age would dull his sex drive at least to the point where it wouldn’t be ALL he thinks about.

Third, and this is a big one; once you hit a certain age (I’m quite a bit younger than Boogie but old enough to have hot this point) it’s really just not a big deal. You and all your friends have ages out of it being something to brag, or even really talk about unless someone has a problem or hilarious story. It’s not a measurement of manhood or success at this point so it just isn’t a big topic of conversation.

But for Boogie it’s everything. It was his career (with the really weird porn blog), it colours his every interaction with women and it informs his entire sense of humour.
Even when Boogie is mindlessly chattering or screaming while enraged he manages to bring up sex. His go to for pity; sexual abuse. Need to demonize a hater; they’re saying Boogie is a pedo. I think Boogie's obsession with mentioning sex on Twitter is for a few reasons.

Given he used to run a porn blog and is terminally online, it wouldn't surprise me if Boogie has a porn addiction to match his food addiction. It's quick, easily accessible shots of dopamine and given all he seems to do is eat, play games and farm for engagement on the internet, porn would easily slot in as another "hobby" for him.

Secondly, despite being constantly exposed to sex, he didn't have it in his marriage, he's not having it now and the internet knows it. He's a narcissist and it likely eats away at him. Why else would he have posted that cursed image of him with a foot in his mouth?

Third, and this is a big one; once you hit a certain age (I’m quite a bit younger than Boogie but old enough to have hot this point) it’s really just not a big deal.
