Ralph, you obviously weren't banned for the word 'basically', retard. There's context.

Ralphamale life, spend years openly breaking the law and doing sex crimes, face consequences, try to play victim and make it out like you were banned for even less than the average person and weren't just a bameutral but in fact the goodest of boys. Even as the Tweets of of you threatening revenge porn and life long harassment and life ruination for corn jokes are up. Not unlike the life cycle of the typical dindu

Ralph was gonna lose his twitter account eventually but its disappointing to see that it was fellow kiwis flagging him.
It probably wasn't, though. They probably decided to flag him for recent shit like blatantly breaking his restraining order constantly while also threatening to post revenge porn, i.e. literally commit a crime. There were so many reports out there they were going to nail him on all of them. Which makes it even more of a waste of time to spam them with reports because it buries the actually useful ones under a pile of autism.
Every time a cow gets banned off a platform people always cry that someone here was a flaggot and that it wasn't an organic happening. Ralph could kill someone and you guys would still shit and piss if someone reported him to the cops if it meant having less Ralph Ls to gawk at.
How many times do you fucking mongoloids need to be told it's not the reporting, it's coming here like a giant goddamn autistic attention whore boasting about it and begging for attention like a fucking lolcow?

The fact that they went with the 'basically' tweet gives me the feeling Ralph's really fucked. Not because this is the strongest bit of evidence, but rather because it's the most recent.

It reminds me of those cases where people shoplift from Target for years, and it accumulates to such a degree that when the shoplifter finally gets charged, it's for a massive volume of crimes that all but guarantees that even if some of the charges are waived, at least one will stick and they'll no longer be a problem.

From Twitter's POV, why bring him back? He's a legacy checkmark who's repeatedly said he has no intention of buying the new service, so from their POV, he's not really a customer. He doesn't bring much to the site since he's not a notable celebrity (no Wikipedia page even, SAD!), and it's clear from the stacks of notifications coming through that he's a serial, years-long controversial figure who will never change. He's a problem, put simply, and if he's coming back, it'll be under new terms.

Ralph's twitter may not end up being gone, but I'll bet that checkmark is unless he ponies up the money. Sorry Pantsu, you'll have to wait for a Steam sale to play the Harry Potter game! Should've been a gold digger for someone with actual gold to dig.

Ralph coping and sneeding live. Not lookin too hot there, big guy!

The likely explanation is that the legacy checkmarks protected accounts from reports to an absurd degree. That accounts with checkmarks were only removed manually (wasn't Milo the first one?), and that no one ever gave a shit about Ralph so he just skated by with nothing to worry about.
For some reason Ralph's protection/checkmark seems to have been removed last night (whether they've started removing them for everyone or something happened that caused Ralph's to be removed, I don't know). The removal of the checkmark seems to have caused years worth of (sometimes valid) reports to be processed all at once and the account was suspended.
This also explains why blue checks in general have a reputation of acting with impunity.

Think of Taylor Lorenz going to LibsofTikTok’s house. You could say that’s outside of twitter but LoTT is only known for their twitter account so not really. It’s obviously much worse than bannable harassment on twitter would have been yet there were no repercussions on the platform. Despite it being an issue stemming from the platform.

Per a twitter insider, Ralph was actually banned for posting bestiality. Apparently a company executive saw his makeout videos with Meigh and rightly judged it as a man kissing a horse.

He has to because this is how he arranges guests for his show as well as cross-promotes if he's even attempting to salvage his engagement/reach.
Really makes you think about using the same account for business and personal while also being top of the sektur.

Aside, I have the same perspective as most. I don't like people flagging Ralph even though he did it to himself. But as an innocent bystander, I get to reap the short term rewards. Just hoping Ralph finds a way so we still get long term enjoyment.
