In short, it wasn't the typical "all groypers flag an account and get it taken down" but instead years and years worth of ignored reports were all processed at once.

Sounds to me like they decided to ban him based on recent shit, and to make it basically unappealable, they banned him for a bunch of other shit too, so even if he got the most recent ban reason appealed, he'd still be permabanned for a couple dozen other reasons.
