perhaps the dopamine rush of being given the opportunity to film a documentary about himself clouded his judgement while he fantasized about draw my life levels of success and attention. as a result, he let his guard down, which we witnessed prominently throughout the livestream with mike. he admitted he still owes $150,000 on his house filled with an estimated $50,000 worth of useless consumer garbage, and he owns land and a house in virginia from his parents that he's too lazy to do anything with and peddles excuse after excuse when asked why he doesn't try to sell it.
boogie made it rather apparent that he could absolutely remedy his financial situation to some degree on his own, but we instead saw a few months ago that he'd rather sit his fat ass outside in-front of a camera and cry poverty while begging for channel memberships and super chats. he continues to establish just how much of a dishonest grifter he really is, so I can only imagine what else there is that we don't know of, but may hear about soon if the livestream only scratched the surface of what will be revealed in the documentary. this could explain why he's second guessing the effect the documentary will have on his reputation and career, because now that filming has concluded, he's realizing the idealized good guy boogie ass patting content he fantasized about isn't reality, and instead he may actually end up looking like more of a shit stain on society than he would have if he chose not to film the documentary.
there's also his obsessive need to retcon past events in his favor which inevitably draws more negative attention his way, like when he felt the need to randomly interject during the livestream with mike about how grave ghoul was "playing a character" when she acted creeped out and uncomfortable after boogie touched her. he won't be doing himself any favors if he ends up talking about these situations in the documentary in an attempt to change people's mind about him. he'll just further document the negative accusations made towards him under the guise of proving people are wrong about him instead of shutting the fuck up for once.
boogie's big fat mouth and his inability to shut the fuck up has played a key role in tanking his reputation and career over the years, so I don't see this documentary being any different and he very well could have just made things worse for himself. only time will tell. I'm definitely intrigued.
