I'd try and check the judge's docket, but California courts require you to pay to read the public case records. I can't even search for the initial complaint to see what exactly Ethan is being accused of without paying first. Not only would paying for that go against the principles underlying the American judicial system in which court proceedings are supposed to be publicly available to even the least in our society, but it would also mean funding the state of California. Fuck that.
