A lot of issues with what Drex is saying here.
First, the claims of people dying at the Gay 90s club. I am not a big bar guy, or BDSM dungeon guy, but I have a feeling that multiple people dying inside a sex club in Minneapolis would result in the closure of the club, and certainly articles about it. All I could find on injury/death resulting at the Gay 90s was:

Maybe what he is saying is true, and I would have to do a real deep dive, but somehow this just seems totally fucking made up.
Now, Drex says he never spoke of anything sexual to her when she was under age. Grooming doesn't just involve speaking in a sexual manner to someone, it is much more complicated than that. Notice he says she found out about Drex's exploits 'through others.' How is that possible? Was he fucking her friends? Did he 'accidentally' leave out his phone with some text messages or something? Very strange that she would magically find out about him being some BDSM dom 'from others' with no prompting from him. Also notice that he brings this up first, so you could assume that she found out about his degen sex stuff before anything else.
Drex brings up this fair incident where her boyfriend was a simp and he shows he wasn't a simp. Seems strange to bring this seemingly minor incident up, no doubt there is more to this that makes the incident worse for Drex that he doesn't want to bring up.
Notice how he wanted her to find a 'professional' dom out there, but none could be trusted, so he (unfortunately) had to take care of business himself. There are literally no other doms out there a newbie could trust other than himself? I know of maybe one case where someone did that and it didn't get into trouble, and I'm not sure if it's real. I was told that way back when (before internet 1.0) in a EMS organization that shall not be named, they got a call to show up to the sheriff's office. My two logical (I doubt it) guesses for how they reached split verdict (legal arguments) are these:
1) Jury found take your swing + handgun to be a threat. In Texas verbal threats alone are not sufficient for deadly force justification.
2)Video where it can be seen the son doesn't lift his shotgun, rack, shoot until after the bat was thrown saved him.
3) This line from testimony may have fucked the old man:

Blaming Kyle for the interview sucking was extra low. Kyle has wisely taken his counsel’s advice to not talk shit while in the middle of litigation.
