While Kevin is fat, I really don't think he's so fat that SRS butchers would delay/reject his surgery. He's no Jake Alley.I wonder if this is just an excuse they're feeding him. SRS butchers are notoriously reluctant to do amhole revisions considering how easily they can turn into a disaster (fistulas, painful scar/granulation tissue, etc). They must also know Kevin's a liar who likely won't stick with the necessary dilation/aftercare:
