Am I the only one that thinks Dylan looks a bit like a Gulper Eel?
There's something about the fucking size of his mouth compared to the twiggy-ness of the rest of him that just gives me the willies and this is the only decent comparable I can think of.
The only remaining question is will surgery give him the ability to inflate his head like Gulper Eels do when threatened.

1: Dylan’s attempts at monetizing this nonsense are flat out gross. The “reveal videos” the hidden head. Gross, gross, gross.
2: Even for a troon everything about him is remarkably fake. The matchup-matchup outfits… The two friends who were obviously told to look their best because they were going to be props. (LMAO! Who the f wears shoes like that visiting someone in the hospital?! Extra giggles for the huge clompers the troon squeezed into some boots!)
3: Dylan will without a doubt look like shit. This butcher 100% went for the: “How much money and publicity can I squeeze out of this?” Approach instead of doing the minimal work that would fit Dylan the best.
But hey, it’s a TikTok star! Better do every single procedure I know on him, so he can be a human billboard for my services!

The uncanny thing about Dylan is that he has (had?) a face that was both manly and elfin at the same time. The perpetual gay expressions don't help. Noticeable 'gay' facial expressions are uncanny because they are INTENSE expressions (particularly in the mouth zone) found in little babies (0-6 months old) but on grown male faces.

Because those aren't expressions humans naturally make. Even the happiest guy or gal will only display a smirk, a normal person who has just heard a really funny joke won't look like they are inches away from breaking their jaws.
Just to portray an example, i picked pictures Olympic winners during the moment they recieve the medals they have worked so hard for. It's likely that they are experiencing a sense of joy that's indescribable for someone that has not gone through what they have to get those trophies yet you get a smirk at best, you don't see their face contorting in strange ways because nothing is really being forced. They don't need to convince the person looking at them that they are happy.
If you want more examples of this, watch videos of men or women when they just had their kids being born or told that they are going to become a father/mother. They will cry, they will laugh and you can always tell it's natural.
And then... on the flipside...
People might think i'm joking but if you actually compare Dylan's picture to the Olympic winners' example above, it doesn't fit really in but if you compare it to these pictures i took from a creepypasta website, it looks right at home. Hell, i could throw in one or two filters and Dylan would look like a cryptid (More than he already looks).
Your brain can instantly tell that it is a fake expresion, it looks like it should be an expression of joy but it falls butt first into the uncanny valley and hits you with the feeling of not wanting to be in the same room with the thing.
How fake everything about this guy is, is what makes him my least likeable tranny.
