Lolcows that terrorize the villagers?

Most lolcows are basement dwellers, but are there any (active) ones that go outside on a regular basis just to be a nuisance to society? I'm already aware of Ethan Ralph and some of IP2, but I'm thinking someone more like WholeWheatPete (if he wasn't playing characters).

I thought this would be about lolcows in historical eras, like the original lolcows who prior to the internet would terrorize villagers. I was hoping for a breakdown of different lolcows throughtout history and an explanation of why you would consider them a lolcow.

Charlie Zelenoff is probably the worst. He became infamous for going around and challenging random people to fight. If they accepted, he would usually sucker-punch them immediately. He also challenged professional fighters and pissed some of them off so much that they beat his ass. He would edit the videos to make it seem like he won, or at least didn't lose. After Charlie became famous, there was a Youtuber who gave him a taste of his own medicine and beat him in a street fight. Charlie then changed his style of content and began filming himself sucker-punching random people on the streets at night.

If I remember correctly, he's now facing something like 9 years behind bars.

It's almost like assault is a crime, potentially a felony, and filming yourself doing it for internet clout is also providing the prosecution with evidence.

I think Chris would count, some of his most notable incidents where when he was out and about, from Sonichus Edge - Schnider - various conventions and a very public meltdown are all well documented.

Emperor Norton but he was more well liked by the people of SF, there was ToyanBee the tiles guy who left really intresting tiles about his own delusions, there was also Terry A Davis aka Gods own programmer who was a free range horror cow / sad cow who's now in the golden pasture in the sky.

While not big or interesting enough on KF, this guy is a known lolcow within my province (you'd be hard pressed to find someone in the area who'd never heard of his antics). He used to stop people on the street and go on and on about his political beliefs and how his firing was unjust. Also was very obviously gay despite being a raging homophobe, and racist despite being non-white. Checked up on him awhile ago and he's a flat earther now. People give him a wide berth in public, though that his partly because of his large girth. Man looks like a butterball turkey.
