Yes. Every single employee that got fired/quit above literal task monkeys need to be dragged in front of congress then immediately thrown in prison.

They have complex systems that can instantly tag and remove ANYTHING they want, whether that content is illegal or legal, and a large team that relies directly on manual moderation (and reviewss everything) and are specifically trained to understand "nuanced offline context" to abusive messaging that automated robots can't.

They were able to almost completely suppress some shit about a laptop that was being ACTIVELY PUSHED BACK by another side with just as many powerful people with money, immediately and prolonged, but they can't stop a group of people using the same accounts and the same hashtags to sell child pornography in the open? Or remove actual child porn that is proven BY THE NOW ADULT VICTIMS AS CHILD PORN because it's "too hard" and not important?

Also interesting that (as far as I'm aware) not a single news source anywhere has mentioned anything about the new tools Elon added specifically to address that content, the bans, and the immediate drop. Interesting huh? Oh, but Elton John left twitter, big news.

Taking porn off Tumblr drove the rats somewhere else and they chose twitter, where they happily took part in making it a veritable hellsite.

If twitter bans porn, where they gonna go next? Facebook doesn't allow porn (technically), and I don't know about TikTok but they probably don't and that would automatically filter the bulk of their numbers since they're too ugly to want to be on camera. Wherever they go, they will pollute it and make it as bad as twitter has been.

I initially saw a lot of buzz about moving to Telegram, but Telegram is a secondary platform at best; there's no way it can viably take place of Twitter in its current format. What will most likely happen in this scenario, like @The Big O suggests, is that they retreat back to their niche sites like FurAffinity (lol, lmao), some of the more tech-oriented furfags may try (and fail) to create a Fedi platform via Soapbox, others may shit up smaller art sites like Weasyl instead if the FA autism is too toxic.

What a lot of people don't seem to realize about Furry Twitter is that it's given the fandom and the artists within it a degree of visibility and communication that they simply were not getting on a major platform prior to 2016 or so, and when Tumblr got (perhaps deservedly) neutered in 2018, the floodgates opened for big artists in the fandom to get even bigger on Twitter. There are artists in the fandom that have follow counts that rival journalists and politicians, and from what I can tell, those counts are probably more genuine than the bot-riddled aforementioned, and I don't know who that reflects more poorly on, but I digress.

Furries are shit-scared of facing the prospect of migrating again because they got real comfy on Twitter, which I think has been exacerbated in ways that it wasn't on Tumblr by having a UI optimized for normies and visible follow counts/metrics, the latter of which drives many popular users to obsession even if they aren't always conscious of it. They don't want the 10k follow count they earned(?) from drawing obscenely buff wolf men shitting dick nipples to go up in smoke overnight.

I never, in a million years, would have thought Elon Musk would call out Fauci and the NIH funding that Lab in Wuhan through the Ecohealth Alliance. What a timeline. It's nice to hear it being said, maybe some light can be shed on Daszak, because he's still "working" for the NIH in southeast Asia on "prototype pathogen" vaccines so we can have Rona 2 Electric Boogaloo. If anything, the fact that you have so called “prominent” people forcing others to abide by their personal “pronouns”, while then telling us that Dr. Fauci should not be challenged due to him “trusting the science” to get vaccinated with the help of the federal government, is proof that they want total conformity through power.

These people don’t seem to grasp that their worldview does not have to be obliged or catered to all because you want virtual likes/retweets on Twitter.
