People are still sadly stuck on the thought of apologizing for things you didn't do, especially very serious things, will somehow allow any community to welcome you back. "iM soRRy I RPed chilDRen and sECuallY ASSuaLTed woMEN!" Unless you're left leaning like all these retarded pedophiles attacking Vic, no one will let you out of jail.

And the fanbase that defends the landwhales have: defended ron's past action and called him a "changed" man despite actually being guilty of things that are proven and far worse than what they accuse Vic of, defended aml stripping and getting freaky on stage with a penguin, defended rape and child murder "jokes", forcibly tonguing a minor on stage, defended daman mills who admits to pretty much raping a minor and using racial slurs, stayed silent on actual pedophiles that were part of the VAs that were kv, etc.

I'm sure I'm missing a big handful of other things.

This Retard: "Vic Groped me at SDCC when I was a teenager! WRRRYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
Me who has Google: "Vic never attended SDCC."
Same Retard: *Doubles, Triples, and Quadruples down.*
Why are these liars so fucking dumb? How come a single one can't make up lies about him like totally murderraping them somewhere he actually was for a change?
Also, it's not like twitch streams and such have mostly naked women and hot tub streams and other such things exist for the average populace to view easily. Wait. I think those are things. At least none of the VAs ever got spanked for fun at a con.....oh.
Or exposed herself to the children of her employers and then acted amazed her drunken degeneracy got her career ended.

I for one vividly remember when Jamie accused Vic of 'violently tugging on my hair once while complimenting me. I don't remember what I said, because I was in a lot of pain, but it was probably "Ow! That hurt, you dick!" and then he let go'. That must be what she accused him of, since everyone using that gif is absolutely convinced his gesture is actually 100% accurate to what he did and not just an example of how one might play with hair, and thus proves Jamie was totally accurate in her claims.

Anyone who claims that Jamie said Vic grabbed her by the back of her head, yanked her up close to his shoulder so that she couldn't escape or move, and then whispered something sexual in her ear and wouldn't release her until she screamed profanity at him is insane and delusional. That's nothing like the gesture Vic made that proves Jamie's accusation to be true, and therefore it couldn't possibly be what she said.

Although I guess it's possible that Jamie is schizophrenic, so when you say 'people experience things differently' in Jamie's case that means a full body hallucination triggered by a light tug on her ponytail which she still finds indistinguishable from reality years later.

Anyway, same tired old claims that have been disproven eight billion times before aside, the more I think about the 2COA ruling, the more I'm convinced they went into it already having decided they would deny Vic's appeal. Even if you take their decision at face value, it's so utterly uncharitable it's the kind of ruling you'd expect from a court who's been actively agitated and aggravated by the appellant for ages and is just looking for excuses to slam the book in their face. Claiming that Ty was trying to 'surprise' the defense with information they all already knew before he filed it, deciding his remedy of the improper filings counted as 'withdrawing it' and disallowing it being replaced with the exact same document, dismissing out of hand what evidence was already present which was more than enough to pass a TCPA challenge from the first amended filing, and then saying 'no, he should be forced to pay more fees'? If the court were just angry with Ty's mess up - as if the defense had zero screw ups, and as if they don't have frequent filings by people who don't even know what they're doing in the first place - then why would they go the extra mile to penalize Vic more?

I've said it multiple times in the lawsuit thread now, but really. The only answer for this ruling is that the 2COA saw a defamation filing about 'foreign dubbed cartoons nobody ever cared about' with over 1200 pages of filing and got angry that it was wasting their time. Even if we were to assume for a moment we lived in full clown world and the 2COA believed the 100 million rapes, the decision should have said that the defense conclusively proved Vic is a megarapist with over 100 victims and he should be happy he's not facing criminal charges, not hyper-focused on criticizing Ty's filing practices.

The way you talk about the 2COA, you make it sound like there should be an avenue to sue them because they went into the decision already knowing what the wanted to do: screw Vic over.
