Hello, lovelies, how are you today? Did you have a good day? I hope you did. I had a pretty good day. I went to the doctor, got a shot in the butt, fun, tested negative for flu and RSV and Covid. So it's just the Alabama Crud. It's just that time of year, every November like clockwork, never fail right 'fore Thanksgiving. You always going into Thanksgiving something like this *hand motions to herself*. I don't even know how to describe this. *giggles* Oh, me! Umm...
So yeah, today's doctor's visit just makes me really grateful, really grateful, that I've finally come to a point in my life where I have really great doctors, like amazing doctors. And they listen and their staff listen, and for the first time in forever I felt taken care of by my doctors. I finally got my hysterectomy and I am *deep sigh* past three months now. Like I'm healed and on my way to the next stage of my life. Like, this is it and *deep sigh* it just makes me really review all the crappy doctors I've seen, and all the trauma, the medical, literal medical trauma from being...
So many different ones from the first time I was seventeen, and went in for my first pap smear and I had some issues, and it was in a lot of pain because of those issues. And I was telling the nurse practitioner hey this hurts, this really really hurts me, and she's like well if you don't do it I can't give you birth control. And I knew if I didn't have birth control I couldn't go home that day. Like there was a whole thing with my [step]dad. *deep sigh* I had a boyfriend, yadda yadda, teenager go get on birth control or get that get out of my house. That that kind of thing to there's probably gonna be any part two [cuts off]

Okay, this is part two on the medical trauma videos series that I think I'm gonna go ahead and put in place here. Um, when I was waiting for the other video to come up I got distracted, ADHD. Sorry there's a 2 video gap between this one and that one.
Um. I also remember that that was not my very first medical traumas. My first ones were when I was a child. I was terrified of doctors, terrified! And I don't know why, just was, and I was terrified of shots. And specifically remember having strep throat and was like 7th grade, 8th grade, something like that. And um, it took like six nurses to halt-- they literally held me down instead of opting to calm em down, soothe me down, they held me down--six of them-- until they got the shot put in me, and I had a full blown panic attack. That's been a really common theme is hold me down. Really don't like it, to put it that way, I've been held down too many times, physically held down in my life. But that was the first time and it was by a nurses.
Okay, so when I was 20, my leftover [endo? she just says "leftover"] decided to stick to my pelvic wall, and they called it "scar tissue." And well, the scar tissue really was endometriosis, and I don't know why they didn't tell me it was endometriosis at that point in time, because it clearly was! It is clear as day to the surgeon that took out my uterus that the endometriosis was so prevalent that it had turned into ando adenoymiosis, which is where the endometrial lining gross through the uterine wall. You know, it was pretty intense, but um, I went a month before that diagnosing the the surgery for the ovary. Went a month before that surgery and absolute total pain, and the doctors were not listening to me. I had been to the emergency room more than once, I had been in and out of doctor's offices, and no one would listen to the fact that I was in excruciating pain. My ovary was attached to the pelvic wall and was ripping away for over a [cuts off]

So I wish that three videos prior was enough to cover everything. But it's not, unfortunately, and there's probably gonna be a couple more videos after this because, being plus size, being a woman, more times than not, I have been through trauma at the hands of a doctor-- with multiple doctors--
Um, when I was almost 21 I went to Job Corps, and if you don't know what Job Corps is, I will tell you all about Job Corps later down the road. Oh hoo, that program *cackles* I'm coming for you!
Um, so anyways so part of the entrance of going into Job Corps is a mandatory pap smear! That's right! An education program! Mandatory! I didn't get a say in it! You want to be in the program? You want an education? Spread your legs! It's how I felt. Is that how you're feeling right now or what I just said it's how I felt.
Anyways. Unfortunately, or well but fortunately for me, that test revealed I had moderate dysplasia that not even six months prior of the surgery and all of the exams I had just went through to release the ovary from my pelvic wall number a couple of videos back-- yeah they didn't catch HPV or even atypical cells at that point. So here I am in I think it was in August of 2004, um, they found moderate dysplasia. So with that I had to make an appointment with my local doctor. I had to leave Job Corps and go home and go to a doctor, and they decided to do cryosurgery. Which is where they put nitrous oxide up in a tube and they put it up inside of you and then they turn the little gas on and it freezes your cervix for three minutes. And then they turn it off and let it thaw for eight and then they do it again! And it is the most painful thing I had to endure! "Take some Tylenol!"
*deep gasp for air* Yeah there's traumas here part 5 here we go

Hey y'all! I'm a dodo bird. I can't count. My ADHD is really bad today. So forgive me but this is supposed to be video five but in reality it's video four. Oops.
Anyway, so back into the story. Did the cryo surgery. Didn't go back to the doctor for awhile because I just, yeah, I mentally could not make myself do it until I absolutely had to go for birth control, blah blah blah.
The next medical trauma actually happened when I was 25. I had a mental health breakdown. Um, I was working for Wachovia. It was right before the housing market crashed, there were signs... Stress triggers fibromyalgia sometimes. It's a pretty common denominator. So I went through three months of testing. I had a myelogram, a discogram, MRIs, Lupus testing, uh, CT scan with contrast, you name it.
And the myelogram and discogram they had to do without lidocaine because I'm allergic to lidocaine. And I've got like everybody in the medical community asked me how are you allergic to lidocaine? Because I have multiple chemical sensitivity! Mm hmm, yeah, I can take a medicine a couple of times and then the next time I'm allergic to it. I don't know why. So that was extremely painful and they ended up giving me the lidocaine anyways for the myelogram and discogram. They didn't believe me. They didn't believe that I was allergic. 50 mg of Benadryl push through an IV later and I'm loopy and being sent home and with vague memory of being told that that the nerves in the base of my spine? They're backwards and it goes down into my legs backwards!
I don't know! I don't know! I don't know what that means! And it's never been brought up since! So, uh, yeah! It just baffles me. So anyways, the doctors that I was seeing at that point in time, my main doctor that was handling all of it, she looks me in the face at the last last appointment. She's like I've got as far as I can with you, I don't know what else to do for you. And I'm like have you possibly considered fibromyalgia? She said I won't give you that diagnosis, you'll give up before you're 35 [note: every time she "quotes" a doctor she always says it in a very whiny condensating tone, but this one is particularly whiny]. I was fuming! [she is VERY angy here, 2:34 if you want to hear if for yourself]. She KNEW and DENIED because I was young. Found a neurologist that specializes in chronic pain conditions. He ran almost every one of those tests again, and guess what? His fibromylagia sure sure was *clap* and he helped me get my disability

Nah, I think she has a mild intellectual disability plus some kind of PD.
I know she claims dyscalculia already but there is a lot more going on here than just math skills. She has poor executive functioning and just generalized retardation in all areas of her life, not isolated to a certain area like a learning disability.
Even her "art" screams tard. Joh is a fellow tard, but seems to think she's a genius. Maybe he's huffing up her ego.

But one time, as a kid, she threw a tantrum at the doctor and forced nurses to hold her ass down because minor discomfort! I mean she was the only one child ever afraid of shots, and it was totally her that was the victim here. Her tantrums and fears are so special, she can be the problem and the aggressor and still is def the victim. Those nurses were big baddies for stopping her from destroying things and making sure she got her medicine. Very bad.
I mean, that other time she was drugged up and heard stuff too, and she got herself that waste bin diagnosis, yup. She's for real disabled.
Imagine all that, all the times shes been "forced" to tantrum, been stopped from hurting others, or even be told she's wrong. The years of accumulated trauma! Wow, such resilience.

I think you're on to something.
Her head circumference looks slightly small, and I don't think it's just an optical illusion caused by a too-tight ponytail and receding hairline contrasting with a fat shitpile body.
The way she speaks, her phonetic spelling of words like "wreck", her poor executive functioning and magical thinking, it all points to a mild intellectual disability.
In a state other than Alabama*, she would have had support services in school to help her learn necessary academic and life skills. Having an intellectual disability is not an excuse to live in filth. There are plenty of people who are way stupider than Polissa on paper who don't have cockroaches swarming on their walls.
*In the Deep South, there's a saying: "Thank God for Mississippi". Basically, without Mississippi in the rankings, states like Alabama would be considered the worst in the nation on measures like educational attainment, poverty, obesity, life satisfaction, and longevity. Having Mississippi around allows lawmakers in those other Southern states to remain complacent about the problems their citizens face. There's even a Wikipedia article. This is really tangential to Polissa but I think it's interesting. I also want to say that I know we have Farmers from Mississippi and the rest of the Deep South and I love you guys and hope this doesn't offend you.

From what I gather in the transcripts:
- The nurse is mean because she followed the general rule of the time and gave a pap prior to a birth control prescription for a sexually active teenager. Wicked step daddy is based beyond his gender, at 17 years old she should absolutely be getting regular paps (I recall the recommendation back then was once a year) especially if she was having sex; putting a sexually active girl of Polissa’s apparent intelligence on birth control is an extremely smart move, especially in the south. She had “issues” but doesn’t specify what those are, so I’m going to assume they aren’t real. Pap smears suck and they can really hurt, but if you can take a dick you can take a pap. Plus birth control is a great thing to be on if you have endometriosis but I guess nobody gets credit for that.
-Nurses are mean because they opted to hold her down (six of them? How big was this chick at age 13?) rather than break a needle in her arm. One would think if a kid is so terrified any parent worth their name would insist on antibiotic pills to treat their sobbing child’s strep, and even without that, a medical practice would opt for the easy route rather than sparing SIX nurses to hold down a tween for one shot, but what do I know.
-Doctor is mean for not catching a disease that is notoriously hard to diagnose, and is only able to be reliably diagnosed through a surgical procedure. Said disease was very obvious once her insides were literally open to air and the organ in question was visible. How ‘bout that.
-Job Corps is mean because they “forced” her to have a health work up prior to taking her into their full time care, which lead to a medical issue being found and properly treated, thus proving the entire point of the required medical work up. Those bastards! Treatment of this condition was done and Polissa was given a standard post-procedure recommendation for Tylenol and so doctor is mean for that.
-Doctor is mean because Polissa is allergic to lidocaine I guess? Which was never charted for some reason prior to this? And so a procedure was painful without a numbing agent, after which they gave her a numbing agent? Why would they do that? Lidocaine isn’t the only numbing agent available? So this one sounds like this was when she discovered she’s allergic to lidocaine and she just got the story sideways. But hey, maybe after performing the procedure they knowingly and maliciously gave her something they were told she was allergic to, only to have to treat her for the inevitable reaction just for fun. I’ve never even met her and I’d be tempted to splash Red #40 in her face like acid if I had to share space with her, so it’s definitely a possibility.
-Doctor is mean because Polissa didn’t understand her diagnosis and asked no follow up questions.
-Doctor is mean for not taking the medical advice of a 25 year old and refusing to hand over a diagnosis of a rare and difficult-to-diagnose condition. After going to a specialist, diagnosis was given because that’s what a specialist is for. So Doctor is mean for being the wrong doctor for what Polissa needed for her own medical diagnosis.
Verdict; Team Polissa. All doctors should know everything and always listen to their hick ignorant patients, hand out narcotics like candy and always get everything right the very first time. Medicine is a science, not an art!

- The nurse is mean because she followed the general rule of the time and gave a pap prior to a birth control prescription for a sexually active teenager. Wicked step daddy is based beyond his gender, at 17 years old she should absolutely be getting regular paps (I recall the recommendation back then was once a year) especially if she was having sex; putting a sexually active girl of Polissa’s apparent intelligence on birth control is an extremely smart move, especially in the south. She had “issues” but doesn’t specify what those are, so I’m going to assume they aren’t real. Pap smears suck and they can really hurt, but if you can take a dick you can take a pap. Plus birth control is a great thing to be on if you have endometriosis but I guess nobody gets credit for that.
-Nurses are mean because they opted to hold her down (six of them? How big was this chick at age 13?) rather than break a needle in her arm. One would think if a kid is so terrified any parent worth their name would insist on antibiotic pills to treat their sobbing child’s strep, and even without that, a medical practice would opt for the easy route rather than sparing SIX nurses to hold down a tween for one shot, but what do I know.
-Doctor is mean for not catching a disease that is notoriously hard to diagnose, and is only able to be reliably diagnosed through a surgical procedure. Said disease was very obvious once her insides were literally open to air and the organ in question was visible. How ‘bout that.
-Job Corps is mean because they “forced” her to have a health work up prior to taking her into their full time care, which lead to a medical issue being found and properly treated, thus proving the entire point of the required medical work up. Those bastards! Treatment of this condition was done and Polissa was given a standard post-procedure recommendation for Tylenol and so doctor is mean for that.
-Doctor is mean because Polissa is allergic to lidocaine I guess? Which was never charted for some reason prior to this? And so a procedure was painful without a numbing agent, after which they gave her a numbing agent? Why would they do that? Lidocaine isn’t the only numbing agent available? So this one sounds like this was when she discovered she’s allergic to lidocaine and she just got the story sideways. But hey, maybe after performing the procedure they knowingly and maliciously gave her something they were told she was allergic to, only to have to treat her for the inevitable reaction just for fun. I’ve never even met her and I’d be tempted to splash Red #40 in her face like acid if I had to share space with her, so it’s definitely a possibility.
-Doctor is mean because Polissa didn’t understand her diagnosis and asked no follow up questions.
-Doctor is mean for not taking the medical advice of a 25 year old and refusing to hand over a diagnosis of a rare and difficult-to-diagnose condition. After going to a specialist, diagnosis was given because that’s what a specialist is for. So Doctor is mean for being the wrong doctor for what Polissa needed for her own medical diagnosis.
Verdict; Team Polissa. All doctors should know everything and always listen to their hick ignorant patients, hand out narcotics like candy and always get everything right the very first time. Medicine is a science, not an art!

C'mon, guys. Pissa isn't legit retarded in a diagnosable sense, she's just really, really thick and has a bad case of learned helplessness. The personality disorder thing I totally do agree with though. She's not medically or physically fucked, just a horrible person with low-key psych problems she thinks she's too good to have to work on.
My above comment aside, her thinking she can prove a negative IS pretty exceptional. But remember, y'all: it's not that Pissa can't, it's that she won't. If she didn't think it would make people give her asspats and donations she wouldn't be talking about her DiSaBiLiTiEs at all, I guarantee it.
