I think it's because he connects the mouth to sexual acts more than his weight. It's weird going back and watching his earliest videos because his teeth were NOWHERE near as bad at the start. Dude claimed both his teeth are in such bad condition because of an accident he had when he was young and also blaming his mum for not teaching him to brush his teeth.

...but then you see that over his years of doing Youtube, his teeth got noticeably a lot worse as time went on, meaning even as a 40 year old man, he wasn't brushing his teeth and they were getting worse. Also even when he was "rich" he never went to the dentist. He claimed that he couldn't go to the dentist because he had anxiety about dentists and anytime he went, they wouldn't treat him because his heart rate was too high (since when does your dentist check your blood pressure and heart rate?) and they would always send him straight to the ER in fear he was having a heart attack.

It's hilarious all the copes he made up instead of just admitting he was too lazy to brush his teeth and drank lots of sugary drinks.

It really reminds me of Foodie Beauty/Chantal recently.

For anyone who doesn't follow Foodie Beauty, she's currently out of the country with the husband she met 3 weeks ago on tinder in Kuwait (it's surprisingly more boring than you think) but she started talking shit about her gimpy ex-fiance who still lived with her as her man servant pretty much saying she's not going to keep paying his rent now that she has a husband.

The ex then decided to go and weigh himself on Chantal's special scale that always listed her as being 340lbs or something along those lines. Now, the ex-fiance is a bit of a fatty himself and the scale weighed him as 100lbs when he's easily 200lbs+. Dude did it deliberately to show that Foodie has been well over 450lbs and had fucked around with her scales to lie about her weight for the last few years.

It's just so funny because it is exactly what Boogie has been doing for years now.

I think the reason he claims 380lbs constantly is because it's FAR enough away from 400lbs he can claim people are lying that he's 400lbs, because if he was like 395lbs, he wouldn't be able to argue. Also, it means he can still always argue "I'm still down over 200lbs from my heaviest" which was 587lbs.

Every time you saw the fat fucker he was pounding down Mountain Dew by the gallon. He even made a shitty T-shirt about it. It was his signature. It's yet another case of Boogie lying about something absolutely ridiculous for no reason. One of the things he said when he had his bypass surgery was that he'd die if he continued being fat as fuck. That was 5 years ago and the goal was for him to reach 250.

I have a feeling they basically told him he's fucked even if he loses another 130 pounds, which won't happen. End of the arc boys.

I won't believe it until I read the obituary. They're pretty good at keeping these fat fuckers alive these days. I bet we have a couple amputations and other fun before it's all over.

I think that’s definitely close to what’s happening, one thing I’ll add to that is the cost associated with whatever will keep him going wouldn’t be covered by insurance and that’s why the E-Begging has ramped up.
 
I hope his arteries are fucked and he's entering the slow death of his body via poor circulation stage.
