I was watching the 2019 Titan of Strength clip and noticed something really neat, Boogie passed by a place called something like "Elias' Carwash" and then after failing multiple attempts to pronounce the English name Elias, remarked "is that in Mexican?"
Of course Boogie would think that "Mexican" is a language at 45 years old, just like how Canadians speak Canadian and Americans speak American. Just like how he asked in his e-begging video on October 5th if it was fall yet. Or like how he posted a shirtless video on June 1st saying it was "the first day of fat boy summer". Or even how he went on a walk, and after proclaiming he'd never seen ducks in his four and a half decades living in the Midwest, confused them with "gooses".
We joke a lot about this guy being retarded, but I posted it a while back and I stand by it - I really think that if Boogie were to take some kind of intense testing, that he would be found to be a mentally incompetent individual, or even have an IQ low enough to be borderline intellectually disabled, and qualify for government assistance.
It really, truly baffles me sometimes that Steven was able to graduate high school with the cognitive level that he operates at. He's incapable of even typing or speaking coherent sentences, doesn't know simple math (thought the difference between 2018 and 2022 was six years), and is constantly saying words he doesn't mean to say out of nowhere that are way off base, and repeating himself then saying "the um, the uhhh, the..." only to say the same thing again.
I mean he's a 48 year old man who thinks "Mexican" is a language, thinks Native Americans have literal red skin, and doesn't know when any of the solstices are. I would bet good money that he needed special education services in at least some part of his development in childhood and adolescence.
