Yeah, I know its not wholly the same thing, but I know that chemical castration can reduce recidivism in violent offenders. Kevin has gone beyond just a chemical castration and his fetishes definitely come across as more of a 'going through the motions' sort of thing.
Granted, I could be wrong and I am open to eating my hat if I am. I've heard rumor of really nasty offenders moving to object penetration after chemical castration but wasn't able to find a reliable source in a two second Google search.
