I'm sure this question has been asked and answered numerous times, so I'll take my nice collection of clocks, but is Vic now on the hook for the defendants' court costs? And can he afford it?

Sorry, just that finding stuff on this thread for a casual observer like me is a huge pain.

It was a complete defendant win. The appellate court sent the issue of fees owed by Vic (the defendants main appeal) back to the trial court for consideration. It will certainly come back higher now that the appellate court found chupps modest limitations on fees unreasonable.

I think bankruptcy is a real likelihood considering the huge fees that will be owed. But maybe I just don't get the big money in anime voice acting.
