The trans scripture is found in queer theory and the doctrines of captured organisations like the ACLU and Human Rights Council. It has high holy days (day of remembrance etc) and a saint (Marsha P Johnson). It has a chant 'trans women are women' and an enforcement arm (on Twitter mostly). In fairness to the evangelicals, there is at least Scripture to back-up the goodness of God; whatever one's negative emotions at a given moment. The most one might find of "genuine good" with transitioning are all the articles and supposed studies trying to justify its usefulness. I would think the one group is infinitely preferable to the other. If only because I won't be pressured into cutting my penis off if I imagine myself as a girl, once.
While religion calls to value the spirit and mind over the body, trans works backwards- fix the body to free the mind. Religion relies on efforts humble oneself, while trans requires extreme fixation on the self and so, isolation.
It calls upon adherents to practice faith- the man is really a woman, we all have gendered souls, etc.
ETA: all burned witches were actually trans!! TERFs aren't human! Proves my earlier point. It's boring and predictable
