Those statues were never in the closet. If anything he never moved them from the spare room he shoved them into when he first moved.

This whole thing shows how Phil is terrible with self control. He will buy things just to have them and anything he gets he just shoves somewhere out of sight and forgets he even had it. This is basic hoarder behavior.

Phil's not a hoarder, he's a classic con-soom-er. He buys just to buy, so he can say he has it. He'll throw it in the closet and go buy more. It's why he's broke, and he's the guy every company wishes they had as a customer. He'll buy whatever shit they throw out there, then the next thing, then the next thing.

As far as the stream, I thought when he was "moved" by the fan art he "found" and then spent 10 minutes shooting down every suggestion to use it on the stream was basic DSP assholeness. He couldn't put the drawing in a frame because it would touch the glass and be damaged (?). Because it wasn't flat anymore....which happened because he rolled it up to store it. So DSP....again rolled it up to store it. Because none of that mattered---the suggestion required minor effort on his part (buy a frame, put art in it), therefore it had to be shit on and ignored. (Now I half expect him to come back and say a fan "behind the scenes" bought him a frame and to put the art in the background, because he's done that type of thing many times. But we'll see.)

Sure he would probably only get less than 70% of its market value but he would get the cash instantly and wouldn't have to dick around with shipping out a bunch of boxes and there wouldn't be ebay fees.
