I feel like this pic is the perfect example of how TIMs and women differ.
This is a corporate photo, while not the typical big group photo where makes a friendly smile. It's the kind meant for projecting "serious trailblazer entrepreneur " vibes. Where the subject looks at the camera intently, eluding "Yeah I built this". Like you'd find in some Fast Company or Lifehacker interviewing the founders of some new startup.
While there's not the typical AGP smirk present. These TIMs (assumingly HSTS) still can't seem to emulate how natal women would pose for sort of shot. Each subject has there own sort of wrong going on:
Middle could be argued to be the closest to posing right , but their glare is far too stern and male. Second right looks like your typical male K-pop performer, even posing as such, actually a bit masculine by those standards.
First left looks like Cory in the House with bolt-ons, same facial expression and first right is JUST, I don't even know to say other than their not really posing.
Even women who work in a more "glitzy" industries, like esthetician or show biz wouldn't go for this "fuck me daddy" pose that the second left is apeing.
These TIMs are supposed to be ladies on top of their corporate game

, complete with grants and their own Amazon shows. Yet they can't seem to turn off their sexual emoting or maleness, not even for one fucking publicity photo.
