It's called "walking a room," and it's something most professional stand-ups have intentionally done at least once or twice. Usually a comedian will do it to amuse themselves, or gain the respect of another comedian, or to fuck with another comedian who has to follow them.

To bring back a point from a few months ago, I'm still confused with regards to Sam Hyde's exes and those images with the bloodied up girl that have been floating around forever is why Iddubz didn't use any of that material on his documentary.
