No. We haven't seen them openly (and ironically) talking about how the mentally disabled need to literally die. You know, like how the Nazis did with Aktion T4 during the early days of WWII.

Pretty slippery slope there. It gets a bit absurd when it's not even from the show, it's from a webcomic or an artist who happened to draw pony once. They need to clarify the rule, really. Of course it's irrelevant because it's clearly him posting it anyway.
