It's either/or. If he did get charged with assault then it was just yelling, possibly with threats. Assault, at least in the US is reasonable fear of imminent violence. Battery is actual violence or physical contact.
Battery includes touch, as long as the touch is unwanted. But the act itself doesn't have to be violent.
If he did get a charge for assault then he was seriously unhinged in his yelling. Cops aren't going to actually charge someone with a crime for just yelling rude things. Not even the ~most oppressed niggers~ would get an assault charge for simple yelling. He had to be getting in their face or making threats. Narc rage is awful.

Same. But as far as I know, toilets in America are disgustingly open. There are large gaps between the partitions of the cubicles, which sounds very uncomfortable even for a toilet without a troons.
Not all toilets, but is it common?
I myself was in mall where there was no separation of toilets by gender. There were solid walls and separate lil rooms with a toilet. which was acceptable. And if initially there were such toilets, then no one would be outraged.
And objectively, these ugly signs "all gender" are very annoying and look stupid.

Some are but some not. Being broken beyound repair and just having some psychological issues are different matters. I would agree that there are some guys that should go directly to asylum but most of those could have helped if they (or their braindead parents) decided to go to the specialist instead of buying estrogen. This shit has roots in mental problems, communication problems, perhaps abuse, grooming, and many other things. Many people overcome them instead of cutting their dicks / tits.
