It's primary ingredient is dragonfruit hence the pink color. People already pointed out the inconsistent consistency of the sauce, the pink color is not the same for every batch and bottles of it have been exploding while being shipped because there's dairy in them.
If you're dumb enough to buy sauce off some bitch on TikTok, that as far as I've heard isn't even selling it legally, you deserve the botulism.
Edit; I also forget to mention that it has no preservatives so it's not at all shelf stable; though she insists they left a bottle out unrefrigerated for 30 days and it was 'fine'.

The Miami-based chef received a series of questions from social media followers with one of them asking whether the condiment has been approved by the FDA.
Chef Pii stated: “What do you mean FDA-approved? I don’t sell medical products. The Pink Sauce is not a medical product. The Pink Sauce [doesn’t] contribute to your health. I never said that, did I?”
Super fuckin' sketchy.
Another edit; if this shit has milk and citric acid in it's already foul because citric acid makes milk curdle faster.

I saw that the FDA paid her a lil visit. She haad claimed her sauce was being made in a proper facility but turns out she was making it at home, in the garage under very sketchy circumstances

I'd a small taste if it was safely created, bottled, and stored. Otherwise nah fuck off. Passionfruit would likely make an interesting sauce though I'm not a skilled enough chef to know what it would be best on.
