Krinklykayleigh might need a thread. He has a habit of exposing his diaper in public and there's a weird incest thing going on with his biological mom.

Oh, FFS.

This is the text of the proposed amendment:

"ARTICLE —

"Section 1. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

"Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

"Section 3. This amendment shall take effect two years after the date of ratification."

Sex, not fucking genders you retards.

to amend the constitution 2/3rds of the states have to agree that the amendment is a good idea.

The ERA was proposed in the fucking 1970s. Congress extended the deadline to ratify it once, but it expired in the 80s without getting enough states.

A couple years ago Virginia ratified the amendment bringing the total number of states that have at any point ratified it to 2/3rds.

Because the deadlines to do so had expired Congress would need to pass a resolution like this saying that the number of states had been met. They could also kick it back to the states, since it's been four decades since most of the states said yes. They are more likely to say things are all good than to do that. Democrats want this passed, Republicans do not. If this came up during a Republican controlled Congress it would be ignored.

Edit: I think if they wanted to add "marginalized genders" to the amendment they would have to kick it back to the states. That definitely wouldn't pass the 2/3rds states.

I talked about this with my friend, who has some qualification in this sphere. Autistic people, people with eating disorders, bipolar and BPD bitches are at heightened risk of sliding down the pipeline. All of these conditions make people feel deeply uncomfortable in their own bodies

re. the drugs aspect (hormones, painkillers after surgery). It's harder for women and nerdy guys, and especially nerdy girls, to acquire illicit drugs. You just don't get offered things like guys do. You don't make friends who have connects. So I think a small part of the momentum for the trans stuff is just that it's a form of social/ritualised drug taking that's more available to autists, sheltered young women, and nerds than other forms of drugtaking.

This is why you're seeing people push the idea that sex is somehow mutable or complicated. It's exactly why the definition of "male" and "female" was changed in the dictionary. They're trying to destroy the meaning of the words you can use to criticize their philosophy - basic queer theory bullshit.

In five years you'll see people saying "It's 2027 and people still think there are only two sexes" with handclap emojies interspersed.

I always wonder who likes these type of videos. They always come across as obnoxious by narcissists.

Conservatards won’t shut Planned Parenthood but troops will
I can't wait for the inevitable when a tranny attacks a planned parenthood location. Imagine the lefts reaction it's one of their own and not a pro-life conservative.

People like this MAN is the reason why I don’t play Destiny 2 any more.

I was introduced to the series very early on, back when the first game was on its first expansion. The community at that time seemed decently friendly and helpful. But like all things, it slowly became more and more woke through the years, like “diversity hires” and “inclusive language”. For example, when creating a character now, it is no longer male or female, just “masculine” or feminine”.

The game’s lore was intriguing from the beginning, but became more and more about degenerate relationships for no reason. I swear, it’s like 99% of the characters now have gay backstories, which are probably due to staff like this:

I really tried to just enjoy the game for what it was, but one day (I think last year), I was greeted with this message when signing in:

Never signed out and uninstalled a game so fucking fast in my life. This is apparently the emblem:

So coincidentally, I heard in some circles (don’t quote me on this) that after Bungie decided to pander towards the troons, there was an uptick in 3D-rendered “lesbian” porn of the women in the game. But of course, it’s the type where they look the same as they do in the game, only with penises. Which group of individuals do you think are responsible for making that sort of degeneracy?

It’s a shame because the quality of literally everything rapidly went downhill once the wokeness began. If “Alice” really tested the game, then he fucking sucked at it because the game since then has been a lifeless, poorly coded, buggy, unoptimized hell (like an analogy for troons in general). Troonery literally infects and destroys everything like the fucking disease that it is.
This is my optimism speaking but I cant wait for this troonery lunacy to be milked and dropped once big companies and pharma can't make money out of it anymore.
Because all of this virtue signalling clownery and changes that were made to pander to these types of people despite being a minority will age like milk and serve
as some fucked up memorabilia for future generations.

I thought this stunning and brave video game producer would be a perfect candidate for soyjack edit.

Anyone else see these kinds of posts and get an almost overwhelming urge to identify as nonbinary on the internet, just to get away with more shit? It's literally so easy, all you have to do is put they/them in your profile. No required medical treatments, no acting, no threshold to meet beyond a simple statement of gender identity. Everyone who dislikes you now has to go through the song and dance of consciously referring to you correctly, and no one can say you're faking because then you can call them a transphobe.

The only thing holding me back is my dignity.

First I remember hearing of this one. Their page on her/archive.

Who is Taylor?

Taylor was a trans prisoner trapped in the UK prison system for over 14 years. He was an IPP prisoner, who had served 10 years longer in prison than his original sentence. He was a beloved friend to anarchist comrades who met him in prison. He had ACAB on his knuckles and an anti-authoritarian spirit and a deep love for animals. He was a working class ‘old school’ prisoner who knew which side he was on. He hated the system with every ounce of his being.

Taylor was one of the first prisoner members of the IWW via the Incarcerated Workers Organising Committee (IWOC) that was founded in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland in 2015. He was also active with Smash IPP, contributing to the newsletter and encouraging other IPP prisoners to join the group.

(Good thing she put BOY on her cap, clarifies things.)

Growing up, Taylor was subject to years of physical, sexual and psychological abuse from his mother and step-father. He managed to escape and be adopted by his grandparents as an early teenager, however, he would often return to visit his family desperate for love and validation, but was met with neither. This intense pattern of trauma has followed him forever. Unfortunately, during his sentence, both his adopted parents died and as a result he lost his main support network. The grief was insurmountable and was unable to heal due to being locked in a cell and unable to visit their graves or process his grief fully. We know he is with them now.

Taylor always knew he was a man. He went to a local doctor as a young teenager and expressed his feelings and issues with his assigned gender. The doctor pathologised Taylor as ‘unstable’ and denied any access to hormones or any surgery. This was over 30 years ago and access to hormones online or other support groups was nigh on impossible. Before prison, Taylor had never met another trans person.

Taylor experienced transphobic abuse in prison from officers and other prisoners. Once he was attacked by a girl on his wing in a courtyard. Thankfully, our Taylor was a fighter and defended himself. He spat back on her and said “here’s some of my gender fluid”.

Relationships were constantly considered a ‘risk factor’ for Taylor and his attraction to women was ongoingly pathologised and criminalised in prison. Over the 14 years he was behind bars, he had been separated from many people he had loved. Including one long term relationship that lasted over 6 years whereby he was violently separated from them and the prison service intentionally kept them apart, never allowing them to meet until recent years.

In prison, physical relationships are met with punishment – you can be given an IEP (enough of which lead you to basic or full segregation). This happened many times throughout Taylor’s sentence. The constant policing by officers and separation between him and people he cared about also contributed to destroying Taylor’s will to live.

Should Taylor have obtained parole at his next hearing, one condition was that he refrained from all romantic and intimate relationships. His own lawyer said he would need to comply, although we all known that closeness to other humans is a deeply necessary part of survival. We often spoke with Taylor about how the state was acting like an abusive controlling partner. He felt powerless to challenge it.

In the last week of his life, Taylor was nicked for kissing another prisoner. This was one of the trigger events that led to his death.

No last name given, no explanation of why she was in jail...hmm...

After poking around a bit I followed a link from mumsnet and here to there and this is "Taylor."

Claire Taylor has been jailed indefinitely after she was caught on camera terrorising 90-year-old Margaret in a robbery in Gosport, Hampshire.

Claire Taylor tied up Margaret Killeen and threatened her with a knife before ransacking her home, a court heard.

Taylor, who has a history of violence, had previously been given money by Mrs Killeen, who suffers from dementia, to fund her drug habit.

But, after the widow’s family found out about it, her daughter intervened and informed police, who installed the camera in her home.

The 37-year-old had attempted to disguise her appearance with a hooded top and dark glasses when she knocked on Mrs Killeen’s door in Gosport, Hampshire, on October 11 last year.

But the camera captured the moment Mrs Killeen answered the door to her visitor, wearing only a towel.

And it showed how the great-grandmother was tied up for half an hour while Taylor stole her jewellery, wedding and engagement rings and money from her purse.

Judge Ian Pearson said Taylor, who admitted aggravated burglary, would not be considered for parole for at least three years and 265 days. He said he was imposing an indeterminate jail sentence to safeguard the public.

Holy shit. If that's true then she must have been a nightmare to other inmates in that prison. I mean they say she had multiple IEPs and that the prison system kept her away from "people she cared about" - but to me it sounds like the prison IEP thing is because of people like her assaulting other prisoners.

I do wonder what exactly she did to get a condition of parole like that (if she'd gotten parole).

Good riddince to bad rubbish.

IEP stands for Incentives & Earned Privileges. It’s not a punishment system though your status and privileges can be downgraded due to bad behavior or committing offenses.

It sounds like whoever wrote that blurb didn’t understand how IEPs work or are trying to downplay Taylor’s bad actions while in prison. If the parole board was demanding that she have no romantic or sexual relationships (again, we’re getting this thirdhand from her friends so who knows how accurate) she probably did some bad shit to herself and others when things didn’t go her way romantically.

Gonna guess it was a little bit of lesbian rape and a little bit of classic lesbian DV. And the people who wrote the blurb were definitely trying to downplay her history.

Not a specific troon - but troons and their enablers got Dave Chappelle canceled at one theater in Minneapolis. Varsity picked him up and added shows.

Such seething. Probably better on Twitter, but I refuse to sign up.
