Gotta say, make the scrotum a skosh bigger and this lady can go deep stealth.
I've helped hundreds of obese men try to urinate; they're not all buried, but for the ones who are, this is nearly what it looks like. Maybe make the hole a little rounder, pooch it out a little.

The first one or two docs might say no to an obese tranny, but just keep going and someone will say “sure!”

Their excuse for this is that they (as in troons) have always existed but since its now socially accepted they can "come out of the closet" and be their true selves without fear of prejudice.
Of course if this was valid we would have noticed a sharp decline in suicides, since the standard rethoric is "allow transition or suicide is innevitable", yet it seems the "inevitable" suicides didn't seem to happen the theoretical closeted troons of the past but it does happen to the ones open about it now.
Weird indeed.

On one hand, the human body is weird and miraculous and people can survive cutting their arm off or getting shot in the head.
On the other hand, it would not surprise me in the slightest if trenchtorso, merely by virtue of harboring gross fungal and bacterial situations, suddenly exploded into massive infection. Like, goes to bed okay, then wakes up with a fever of 106 and her throat closing and that's that.

- my clit hood is too high, and my clit itself is too big so it doesn't fit inside at all.
- i don't have any minora at all. Considering my biggest ask was to give me prominent, well-defined minora, its absence fucks me up hardcore.
- vestibule is lopsided, and there's a random crevasse on the left side in the pic that's not there on the right.
- there's a ton of separation on the bottom, both on the fourchette and the bottom of the majora. Looking at this one ruins my mental health every single time.
- tons of white skin all around the entrance and inside. Seriously, whenever i look inside after dilation it's almost entirely white.
- the dilators still sit at a significant angle inside of me. i can mitigate it a bit by angling my hips, but it's truly unnatural and awful and well outside the range of cis vaginas.
- the whole vulva feels way more "recessed" than the average vaginoplasty result i've seen. Hard to describe, but it looks and feels like there's way too much empty space where there should be minora and majora and stuff.
The vanity of these troons is outrageous.
