I’d say it’s probably because Anna sees herself as a super glamorous and desirable queen, and thinks that having a partner that’s essentially your caretaker and who totally doesn’t have a feeder fetish (like the others do), is below her. She must look at Tammy Slaton on the show and think “ugh, look at this ugly fat desperate landwhale collecting boyfriends who clearly just see her as a feyish! Yikes, couldn’t be me!”

I haven't watched all of it yet but caught in the beginning she said she didn't film any of the rides because they were having fun "living their best life". Yeah sure okay. Anna obviously doesn't fit on any rides at Epcot except maybe the teacups, so that meant Tracey didn't get to go on any rides either. Anna filming her friend having fun on rides is too much of an assault to her Narc ego.

Tracey's sole purpose for going on the trip was to film everything, braid Anna's hair, help her change clothes, assist in hygiene needs, and listen to endless whining about everything. This was not a vacation for her. Merely Anna's health aide and personal assistant. Sad but she chooses to continue being friends with this gigantic bitchy baby.

And it seems like she didn't actually showcase any plus size friendly features of the cruise besides FOOD.
